  2. Remove the RPG from rebel shop. Add a blackwater and include the RPG without damage handler in the loot table.
  3. Lets just make the police HQ a green zone because clearly staff doesnt want HQ being attacked. Combat seizing rules out the window, probable cause for simply being in the compound, and a 15k charge for attacking it. Expect rebels to defend a fed and its 3 gates but we cant ask that cops be able to defend the 1 gate at 4/5 HQ's? Terrible batch of captains.
  4. Shits annoying and not fun to play. Captains dropping guns, pulling ifrits, using items not even in the mission, even saw DarkKnight drive to HQ to seize ad ifrit with a policy update forbidding it. They have immunity because they are allowed to break the rules set by themselves. Only extreme cases will bring even the slightest punishment. Anything for a win I guess. Won’t be many people left to fight if you keep it up.

  8. Cops also have no defib timer for Reviving multiple people. Why do civs need to wait 3 minutes between a Rez and cops dont?
  9. You dont get it goyney. Having 3 servers averaging 10 population for 10-12 hours is actually the best option according to Ron's calculations! Better that instead of 1 server that has 30 because it might have instability!
  10. Dumb to make barley Illegal since its everywhere and is only illegal when collected. A better solution might have been removing yeast from the civilian market and making it illegal (You can already buy it from wongs).
  11. The inherent issue with scotch is that it requires a house with barrels to run. That’s why no one robs it. A good solution might be to have new make scotch sell at half the value of 25 year scotch. That way cops will get decent money for seizing it and civs can sell it.
  12. Its the case with most policy's including lethaling as you mentioned above There is like 5 reasons someone can lethal and past that discretion will allow them to lethal anyway. Impossible to report someone because you dont know if they voted or how the vote went. Also love how common cops go to a sniping position and because they chose to snipe the person that is now "unreachable" gets lethaled. Again though its impossible to report because you dont know if lethals were authorized anyway. I'd personally like to see the captains take steps to remove loopholes that ultimately keep cops from being held accountable.
  13. Maybe Im alone here but I really dont understand what the 2 life rule is supposed to accomplish. Its my understanding that the guideline was made to give people running drugs a chance to process and get out granted they wipe the cops. Yet there are 6 different ways cops can come back anyway. How are the people running drugs supposed to know if they pinged? Or are currently getting warrent tracked? Or that an LT or CPT isnt just allowing the cops to go for a third time? Am I supposed to keep a spread sheet and tally up every cop that dies to make sure they havent come a third time? What if I shoot the cop from inside the illegal area but he dies outside of the area? Does that count as a life? If an officer logs on after the conflict has started do they also get 2 lives even when most officers have already lost both lives? If 6 officers use their 2 lives can 1 log off bringing the total officer count to 5 and allow them to continue coming back? Seems like a lot of confusion, especially for the newer players this rule was implemented to help out. A better solution Cops that arrive at an illegal area and are killed may come back 1 time with as many officers as they can rally up in a single push. Once all officers are killed the area is deemed unsafe for patrol and is to left alone for 20 minutes. This makes it more cut and dry. Kill constable joe and cadet tim, they bring 7 cops to try to take over coke field. If all officers die than any officers that respond within 20 minutes can be reported.
  14. Reality is that the servers will continue to die if all 3 sit at low pop all day. Need to condense players. I still think shutting s2 and s3 down during the times they stay under 10 population would be ideal given that the servers crash once they reach 50 people.

  16. Very few people are new to Altis life. The peach field is fine for players brand new to life servers. But you cant expect players that come over from other community's to go through the same route that we all did years ago. 10k starter money and 5 starting talent points would be ideal. That way they can get the talents for whichever run they plan on doing and purchasing an offroad, back pack, and rook.
  17. Im not here asking him to change the whole event. Im only saying that the current reward is not worth the risk involved to attain it. Probably like the third time you've quoted me now telling me I always complain. If I cared for your opinion I would have listened the first time. Get back to sitting on Billys lap will ya
  18. Glad you made plans without asking what might be a better reward from the people that would be doing the event. Not gonna type about the guns again. They have no value. And the Y inventory's value is entirely determined by the drugs. If I only get 100-200k for selling the drugs in the hemmit I may as well do a bank and get as much money. If you're unable/unwilling to make a decent reward I'd suggest making the event require only a few cops and nerfing the cops a bit further to allow shitty gangs a chance at doing the event. They're the only ones that would ever make use of the items.
  19. The reward is shit. The guns are worthless. Everyone shows up with an MK1 anyway so no ones getting anything better from the truck. Its impractical to visit everyone's house (If they even have one) so only 1 person ends up with the weapons. Not to mention its much more convenient to buy your weapon at rebel with the rest of your loadout. Adding the ability to sell the guns or drugs wouldnt change a thing either. Why push the armory when you can defend the fed? Its fine though. Henry has been in tons of gangs so he clearly knows what would get 12 people onto the server and risking their loadouts and 45 minutes in jail.
  20. I remember someone suggested something similar on Olympus and was told by the devs there would be a significant proformance hit. Would that be the same here?
  21. You clearly missed what I was trying to convey. Its very disappointing to see the Chief of police patrol Kavala during an active fed while also testing new items to potentially buff the APD.
