My point was that cops don't have much to do when there are less than 40 people on the server, which is why you may think that cops do not play.

The server has always slowed down around new years and picks back up around when summer starts and around winter break (these upcoming 2 weeks). But per usual, people will come up with wild theories like slick leaving, server bans, or bad updates. I personally haven't been on much because when I do get on, there are ~40 civs and I don't enjoy it too much. On a side note, from what I've seen this month there have been plenty of higherups online.

Whatever the current percentage of blur it is, just do 75% of that. Reduce smoke blur by 25% or 15% of what it is now and let's test it. We tested different blurs before dom came out and the smallest tweaks were pretty game changing but that was a while ago so I can't recall exactly how bad the smoke exploiting was. I can play around the blur but I've noticed that the edges of smoke are blurred even though you are barely in it. I'm not sure if its possible, but make the radius of the smoke blur much closer to the actual canister itself and not so much in the smoke surrounding. Ban anyone standing on canisters as well, it's pretty obvious when someone is blatantly smoke exploiting.
