Rulebreakers need to be reported to preserve the preexisting population. What I'm understanding from your message is that we should not bother to report rulebreakers and instead let them ruin the population. Rulebreakers have no good intentions anyway; report them.

Before we begin: JOKE
Step 1 : Turn yourself in at your local police HQ and ask for a police officer who you know can take a joke or will RP and be patient.
Step 2 : Ask if they want the short or the long story.
Step 3 : If they ask for the short story, you're outta luck and figure it out yourself. 
Step 4 : If they ask for the long story, clear your throat for a while and google "How did WW1 start" and click the wikipedia link.
Step 5 : Explain to them how WW1 started by reading the prelude or opening paragraph.
Step 6 : If they start to stop you, tell them that this relates to your charges but we're just getting a foundation so it's not out of context.
Step 7 : Once you have finished reading WW1, click on the WW2 link. Begin reading. If they stop you again, go back to Step 6.
Step 8 : Read all of WW2, and then start the Cold War. (Note, this only works if you are from or RPing as a American, otherwise skip).
Step 9 : Tell them that the reason it affects you is because you've had to live through 2 World Wars and are an alien (which credits the living through both wars theory) and say that you still have flashbacks and forget where you are for a moment, sometimes hours. This should get you the pardon because you were unaware of what happened during your outburst.
Step 10 (Optional) : Cry.
Note : If you haven't gotten a pardon by Step 10, you're not gonna get it so best of luck from there on.

Asylum drama ain't fun if you're not even gonna try to defend yourself so i'll just put it out there.

Shocked weren't you, when the cop told you to leave the HQ but instead you threw a grenade at him and you got downed!? What the fuck was he thinking!
Got downed while sitting infront of HQ after the officer told you to move away like 5 times, you even got warned thoroughly just 30seconds before that. But you see it as "no warning given" haha, get your ears washed out bud! Then you cut out a part of the video and just show where you get downed after using the gate and yet again claim to have gotten no warnings!

I think this one has been a long time coming.  Most of you probably don't know who I am but who cares.  I figured I'd share my colorful asylum history with anyone who cares to read it so that you too can remember what made this game great.
Asylum is one of the reasons I fell in love with gaming.  I found this community at a time when I really needed it.  I remember joining cop for the first time and having a blast fighting bad blood on S3 and thinking to myself "how could any game ever top this."  Of course the luster of playing cop soon faded and I started playing a shit ton of civ with my good pals @J1M and @OLL13 2.0.  We joined Darkhorse where I met @Dom @Tyrese @ZIM2233@V3N0M, found out that @Allstarplaya was a dickhead and @Clockwerk was probably a bit less than totally heterosexual.  We had good times together on Stratis fighting feds against @Kingsland and all the cops stupid enough to play on S5.  Of course eventually DHM disbanded and I ended up getting perm'd.  A lot of us got back together to play on Tanoa where we formed Ascension.  We fought against a lot of people and although the map was hella cheesy I still had a great time meeting people like @Jbdragon @Newfie @Term and @BoDjango.  Ascension became more than just a bunch of guys playing a game, we were a team with a strong sense of comradery.   Since returning again I've met a lot of new people playing cop @Innateocean @Markymark @MoralityVII @Marco.  I also wanted to thank the admins, especially @BaDaBiNg_10-8 and @Subaru for not throwing my ban evading ass back in the garbage.  I wish you all only the best for your future endeavors.  Hopefully asylum will be great again one day, but I won't be around to see it as I'm moving on to bigger and better things.  I know I've left a lot of people out of this post but I really don't feel like tagging a million more people in this post.  Good luck out there boys.  o7

if you wish to stay then I suggest you get a medium sized gang, most of the time there is between 3-12 cops online. If a gang of 7-10 people can't handle a 1.1 or 1.2 cop civ ratio you shouldn't be playing this game. It isn't really hard to win. Ofc a group of 2-5 going against 10 cops with 10 different entrances is going to be hard.. but again it's not meant to be a cakewalk.. when you can make off with 10+ bars worth 28k -30k each in like 10-15min it ain't going to be easy...
