not anymore because they broke it I guess and now when I take out a vehicle the fuel is always full, but it used to be that you'd have to refuel helis at the air refueling shop

This is an RP light server and not many people would be on board with this. While I really enjoy the idea it would never be balanced.

I'm pretty sure this means that if someone starts a robbery with enough cops online and during the robbery cops log off, it wont stop the robbery, I may be wrong but thats how I interpreted it

An issue was when rebels would start a fed with enough cops online, the cops would then log out/soft log to lobby so the rebels couldn't pick up the gold bars. Now regardless if they log out after the fed has been started, you can still pick up the gold bars.

Why not? He's on parole for a reason. Who cares about his 2 speeding tickets making him ping at Coke field? He is supposed to be law abiding Citizen for next 60 minutes and If he wouldn't be and we would bust him running coke and charge him then he would violate his parole and would be processed.

Another thing is when he has parole violation for a manslaughter and he comes to you with his RP and explanation why he had to do it. Yea of course he could do it purposely but he could also get robbed or any kind of "hanzap o diee" thing so he just had to violate that. This is time for pardoning him.

When you're putting that guy on parole: Sir I'm gonna put this ankle bracelet on your right ankle.

Lets bring back more fuel consumption of vehicles guys.I never had to stop to refuel for about a week now as my SUVs and vehicals are pretty much full every time i take it out from a garage.

This used to be a thing. I remember having to Re-fuel my Orca around 2 times a restart. The Air Fuel station was always busy and the Fuel on vehicles saved after storing them so no matter what, you always had to visit fuel stations. Why was the fuel consumption changed on vehicles? @Paratus @bamf

1 tip is go back and look at gang wars, look at the winning gangs tactics and see how they played, you could learn a thing or two, as well just continue fighting and look at ur opponents tactics, see look at what they did and try again but have a plan to stop it next time. Also try'n go on a TDM server or KOTH to practice CQB and LRB.
