Go-Karts can now be driven away from the race track. Go-Karts are considered "unregistered vehicles" and police now have a new charge for people driving them on roads. Recently captured messages for captures/cartels will now properly report the amount of time until it can be captured again. The longer you hold a capture point, the better the defensive fortifications will become! They will upgrade each restart where a gang held the area for the entire duration. Removed a bunch of capture points which people didn't enjoy. Added a new drug cartel location. Added vehicle garages to every cartel. You can now access them using the flag. Fixed a bug when placing charges where some charges would be missing from the options. -

Cartel fighting is already dead as is, why not CHANGE LOCATIONS LIKE IT'S BEEN SUGGESTED 100 TIMES AND GIVE A BETTER INCENTIVE, then giving then fuck all suggestion about 1st person, this change will kill the cartels.

Here is how side chat RDM (different than normal RDM) works:
If they die, get shot at, or if you point a gun at them it's side chat RDM. They are required to scream in side and they must type out "RDM!!!" at least twice with three or more exclamations. This is then to be followed by no less than two more messages informing you that you were both "recorded" and "reported". A demand for unreasonable compensation can also be added but is not required to satisfy the rules of side chat RDM.

pro tip, try making it to the water with an sdar and the gear without getting shot by guys in towers...
as if the prison isn't fortified enough.. Now the new tactic is go where cops can't shoot you... And yes, you can get sdars, but the problem is, they see you enter the water long before you even have a clue where they are...
Just admit it, this is a cheap fuckboi tactic, if you can't hold the FORTIFIED prison without putting a bunch of people in the water where cops can't shoot you without going back to hq, changing all of your gear and driving back, you're a fuckboi.

You guys do a great job, regardless of what anyone says.
Whenever i need comp, i go into the channel, mute my mic and sound and go into my normal TS until i get poked.
We know you guys cant work 24/7 and no one expects you to.

it works in the way of this.
Their are 5 cops on the Server and you find someone worth $500
If you have profiteer 1 (50%) and you give him a full ticket, everyone will receive $50.00 (Instead of $100)
If you have Profiteer 3 (100%) you will and every officer will receive $100.00
same thing if you send him to jail, but as @Olivia stated, the Parole thing is bugged as well as lethals, whereas it doesnt take profiteer into account for some reason.

I tested it out a few weeks ago, because i was dealing with a lot of 1 hit & run charges in K. Square.
