    If OG's wanna leave permanently then fuck offski. people come back for like a week or 2 every 12 months, hogging 5 houses hurting the housing market.

     

    i Honestly dont understand why people think its a bad idea... i thought only the cock suckers who bought money to buy expensive houses would be complaining, but it seems alot more are. put in a little effort to maintain your houses or give them up.

    Theres ALOT of other things the dev's could do,add, or fix in their freelance time here, rather than this lol. You will just make all the OG's leave, I know if i had to re-do what i have already spent 1500+ hours on, I would leave permanently too lol.

    I started asylum in 2017, 2018? I farmed like a hog for a pretty long time. So because I got burnt out in that time frame and want to take a break and play casually you are saying the OG's should lose their houses?

     

    edit: and if you think they can or will patch autoclicking or auto typers, haha.

    No matter how you look at it theres gonna be a simple way to get around whatever pointless implementations get put in.

    10 hrs a month? Sheesh m8, but if its necessary people will open arma 3 and leave it on in the background while they play another game.

    logout timer? Okay turn a auto clicker on or auto keyboard to do something every x time.

    Why dont you just farm 20m like I and others did to buy the houses they want or sheds? 

    I was also able to just walk around cities where people were selling these really expensive high sought after houses, and would find unclaimed ones ALL the time, and this is when the server was at max pop. I found meth houses right next to the circle & garages. Just seems like an issue with the player, not the game. Lazy bones.

  18. Prisoner Extraction Event

    Not sure if this is possible here but worth a shot.. 

     

    Depending on how many players enter the event numbers will be different per team. But this will be a TEAM BASED event. x amount of civs are locked in a highly guarded compound by the other team. One team guards, one teams goal is to extract the prisoners, then once extracted from the compound they must escort the prisoners out of the area to an extraction helicopter and escape.. Once the prisoners are out of their prison they were locked in, the rescuing teams job is to arm the prisoners and get out. The arming could be a simple pistol.. or put some guns somewhere around the area for them to grab, or even automatically get.

    - If # of Prisoner dies in escort lose x money from payout. So if you only get 1 or 2 you will still be rewarded, just not as much.

    -Winning team will receive $$ based on how long the event was.. kills.. extraction.. etc.

    -Losing team will receive something small for participating.

    - Add a player title as a reward for this/achievement.

    - All kits will be the same and will cost nothing.. or optionally put a kit buy option where you can upgrade your kits a bit for $ invading team should receive slightly stronger kits

     

    Obv alot more details to work out if there is any interest in this but just a idea to attempt for something new.

    I personally have never played on another life server, the thing really tying me to asylum is people and assets I liked it so why go to another.. It does seem other servers have more active devs and players than this server. however.. You just might see alot of people who are in the same boat leave to another server because they dont want to do the same thing again and would rather do something new.

    Food for thought. 

     

    *Me personally* this doesnt mean im going to another server.

    Fresh start would be great.

     

    However I will not be playing in the temp restart as its not something im personally interested in, others might, good for getting feedback.

    But PLEASE do not make this the released server version, If you are going to do this try to do it on a weekend because us adults with jobs get bent on that end with doing this at the time you did. Try to come up with SOME new content before you do the release.
