Yes technically they were breaking APD procedure, but I think its kind of bullshit to act like paintballing is a serious issue. First of all, without incriminating anyone, almost everyone does it with their friends HIGHER UPS AND SERVER ADMINS INCLUDED. I cant tell you the number of times I walk into an HQ on civ just to see a couple Sgts. Lts, and a certain Developer shooting eachother, and technically "RDM" me for funny bullshit, but guess what? I dont care, theyre having fun, im having fun not loosing anything, why should that be bad? If you guys really want to punish people for this, then punish everyone, not just constables and corps, its just so hypocritical. Maybe I should start reporting higher ups for it and ruin everyones day?

Im gonna be honest, I think what we really want is a roadmap of features coming to us, we want to see where the donated money is going and what we can expect from it. I cant be the only one who feels like the money is for nothing. Ive never donated myself, but I would be willing to if i could see where it was going, and I actually see it being used for things that are needed like server performance and content.

Answer 1: Don’t VDM intentionally its a server rule.... and avoid unintentionally doing so as well, it’s not hard to stop short and use your car for cover and shoot them rather than VDM them when they are out in the open.... I do realize mistakes happen but they shouldn’t be that common
Answer 2: There is no rule in the Guidebook that states you have to start the HVT process prior to processing, common sense would be start them as HVT right away if you are that worried/think their gang might attack.... if you need to HVT day in the middle, tell them you are doing so but DO NOT send them straight to jail, give them time to comply (just a few seconds to comply is not enough)... General rule of thumb, if they qualify for HVT and you feel you may have issues, do it right when you get to the HQ, do not wait, that’s just common sense

High Value Targets (HVT's) are individuals with large bounties ($50k+) on their heads whose gang mates or associates may attempt to rescue them violently from police custody. Use the following procedure if you are processing a HVT. The $50k is subjuct to change, as new procedures may be developed in the future.
Procedure:
The suspect should be notified they are being treated as an HVT. Inform the HVT you will be issuing them a ticket first. They may refuse the ticket if they wish to explain their charges and roleplay. If the HQ comes under attack while discussing their charges, they will be sent straight to jail. If the HQ does not come under attack, process them normally. Based on their roleplay, issue another ticket, parole, or pardon.

How about making it a random event. For example, 10 min before the event starts cops will be notified what HQ they start at and which one they end at. Rebels will only get a pop up saying evidence is going to be moved from an undisclosed location. Everything that has been seized by police that restart should be put into a hemmt and the cops must transport the evidence from HQ to HQ while under attack by rebels. It should happen once a reset, or make it even rarer than this, and make it a mandatory situation for all cops, and allow SWAT access.

So instead of adding a rebel tree thats been asked for years, you guys add this stupid bullshit to make rebels loose even more gear and money than they already do, and simultaneously buff the APD? What the fuck is happening to asylum. It says you can get out of death row by a trial, but guess what, trials are fucking broken.
