Dont think this one can be fixed, since it takes a couple seconds for the server to register that youre in a gang.

Start recording if you feel like you are being rdmed. Get shadow play if you have a NVIDIA GPU or something like shadow play for any other GPU. Set the max record time to 5-10 minutes for proper rdm reports and start recording. Shouldn't take too much out of your frames, if it does try lowering some settings.
