There was a discussion in discord today that I wanted to bring over to the forums. 
Current issues : sgts are concerned the app they are processing will be 'sniped'. They rush through the investigation causing errors. 
Select sgts only do applications and no RAs. 
Select sgts have way over the Requirements for activity.
 
Suggested solutioions : cap the total number of activities allowed. Require a minimum number of RAs to meet activity. Allow sgts to post 'investigating" on new applications, with a time limit to prevent the app from sitting.
 
Using Tanner's ideas as a jumping off point.
Minimum 2RA's, no more than 8 apps. 
30 min time limit on investigating.
The goal of this topic is to further discuss the ideas to present a solid argument to the cpts. Keep your posts civil and constructive.

Saw people asking, figured I'd make this so I don't have to boot up armory every time I want to check. Mostly common knowledge, but you know.
