We also have the blatant spam of music through the microphone, or constantly swearing at us, or just being in general an ass. There is no roleplay happening there, even if we respond(which I have a few times) to murders happening in a town 9/10 the civilians start turning on us after one person being detained and call it unjust. If you're going to whine for us to respond and take the time out of our day where we could be prioritizing people that are running drugs, etc then at least offer us incentive other than house camping, meta-gaming, etc.
The funny thing about you making this post is I've dealt with you personally in-game a few times and every time you've been detained by us you just end up being bitter and salty as hell about you being caught and do end up with some friends meta-gaming us. Why do you care so much about roleplay when you make no attempts yourself? Your attitude on the server is often poor when dealing with APD yet we still try to let you off light with reduced tickets, even when you don't want to roleplay and just gloat in front of us, swear at us, and even scream about requesting a higher up.
Why don't you think about this for a bit and reflect on how you act with APD and maybe try changing how you act with us in-game if you want us to actually try those opportunities. It's the same for anyone wanting us to respond to !911 dispatches, we would do those dispatches if they were actually not ambushes half the time. It's a decision of tying up resources for nothing or actually going after warrants we can secure and stop so they don't create more trouble.
You want APD to be better, help APD and be better yourself. That's the moral of this discussion.
Are you an author or something making your homo rp rant the same as a high school current events essay this isn't going to make you not sound like a sped any less than you already are.

That's fine that "nobody" will agree with me, though I would like to point out the fallacy in your statement. It was a suggestion post, not a declaration. I've been reading the feedback from the OP and my replies and taking notes on the more constructive feedback that helps to improve future threads I may start in APD Suggestions. I appreciate the concern for my own feelings but really that is trivial at best as all I intended with this thread is to improve the APD through an aspect that I sincerely thought would be advantageous in dealing with a common problem that is faced on Patrol, Federal Events, and in our APD HQs after Federal Events. While listening to the feedback suggesting to employ methods already available to APD I did go ahead and give those a fair chance by focusing on their employment with teamwork usage. That is the only time those will succeed is when the APD works as a team and doesn't charge off as a lone wolf.

It doesn't have to be 7.62 mm but there are different things we could do to make it better as a whole and maybe better balance the civilians and APD interactions and engagements.
Personally I joined APD for the interactions even though the engagements are serious fun they're not the only thing I focus on personally. I rather enjoy hearing someone take the time to tell me an interesting story about those charges they have in relation to their warrant and then giving them a severely reduced ticket rather than carting some screaming kid to jail.

For the people doing the evidence 60 seconds is not enough it should reset after a set amount of time but for civs this means after 60 seconds the evidence will shock civs and this will not be good in a fight
