Looking for some clarification on lethal payouts: is the $30k limit for a lethal applied per officer or the entire APD force?

As an ex-Admin, you already know this policy, if implemented, will only be abused to all hell...

This completely unnecessary change will have no effect on a group of constables, all in agreement, from loading their lethals.
