When I heard Bilal was buying Asylum, my initial reaction was "Who gives a shit?" But I have to say, after some time to think, this might actually be what's best for the community.
For a long time Asylum has been missing that magic it had in the old days, and between reverting some of the development missteps and shaking up the leadership structure, this might be the shot in the arm this community has desperately needed.
In service of that end, I'd be willing to come back—shit, might even play the game again. Good luck @Bilal Battu, you've got your work cut out for you, but it's totally doable. If you need a hand with anything, I'm always happy to help out.

Arma 3 was released 5 years ago and for a while Asylum was one of the more popular Altis Life servers. While poor management, performance problems, toxic community members left unchecked and staff problems have an impact on population it isn't the reason for the downward trend. If anything those reasons just kept Asylum from reaching greater heights! There is only so much content and so many ideas you can create over this time period especially when we are just modifying the framework of a game. Eventually players move on to more fresh games and experiences. Arma 3 as a whole is on a downward trend but holy shit was it a fun ride. Arma 4 soon.tm
