Yeah it would have been a shame if that was not written in the guide book. We just like to abuse our ranks in game and make stuff up on the fly to gain an advantage when ever possible.

I'm not in a position to remove the current captains. That isn't my job to make sure they are playing the game enough when they can. They can section F the captains if needed. My job is to make sure you get banned if you break a rule.

No other events should be started while this one is active. But once done there can be an actual event being able to be started immediately after. Does seem nice to have more APD started events imo.
