Step 1 to not getting promoted. Lose the trust of the officers appointed over you.
Step 2 to not getting promoted. Have a stream that shows you being a not so great cop
Step 3 to not getting promoted. Obtain private information from places you have no access to and then try to personally attack/bash people who left feedback that was not good.
Step 4 to not getting promoted. Post ridiculous thread about how you deserve to be promoted.

It's the middle of the afternoon US time. Have some patience. Most people in the APD had to wait multiple hours if not days for an interview.

If you hop on TS for your interview and don't see any Lieutenants in the Senior Police Chambers it's probably going to be a while before you get your interview. The whitelist applicants channel description pretty much tells you that.
If the only Lieutenant you see on the teamspeak in is the AFK channel then don't complain that you've been waiting hours on end.
If you are dead set on messaging a Lieutenant for your interview (even though you shouldn't) be respectful. You have no idea how many times someone messages me demanding that I do their interview...
