    The idea of cartels is to fight opposing gangs for them, not the APD. There are multiple events like the fed and bank that are designed for gangs to fight cops. Don't get me wrong, cop raids were fun when the server(s) were full but that obviously does not happen anymore so maybe policies/rules should change as the server population changes.

    Um sweetie, I agree, cops also shouldnt be allowed to enter peoples houses. Like, they dont own them and their faction has nothing to do with houses as a whole, why are they even allowed to interact with them. Seems really problematic
    maybe if you did this you wouldnt be getting caught by cops at cartels and lose your oh so precious video game bounty, we know you need the dopamine from seeing  a big number in the bottom right definitely not gonna get it from anything else in life

    So about getting smacked how is a turf fight fair when cops have infinite lives in a hq that's literally 2 minutes away from rodo ? , have a carreer cop admin to pull out 8 ifrits 

    Yeah people get smacked by cops, no shit because cops don't know when to take an L , it's funny how when cops complain about things it's fine , but when people that just play civ complain "heh stop you're whining and get better" just go honestly hang yourselves really. all the decisions being made are by ppl that don't play the game anymore being influenced by the carreer cop admins. cops showing up to illegal areas, towns , rebels, fed events sure whatever but let rebels have their fights over cartels and turfs instead of bum rushing 2 rebel groups that are probably already down on numbers to then get picked off by a gang that has infinite lives with a respawn point.

    Said it before, will keep saying it forever. Unless police are actively chasing people, they should not be coming to active turfs. Used to be a precinct rule on S3 or something years and years ago. And they wonder why people spawn camp them in HQ's. SMH My Head. You deserve it.

    To be clear. Police raiding rebels with an LT or active pursuit is not a problem. Active pursuit anywhere is not a problem. Showing up randomly in the middle of a turf fight with more numbers than BOTH gangs combined and more ifrits is NOT okay. We are limited to 5 per gang if we want to cap to begin with. Police showing up at cartels is also pretty dumb too.

    Not sure anybody called for any safe-zones other than maybe yourself, but re-constructing the rules to accommodate a significantly smaller player base takes minimal effort and critical thinking. Here's an idea: Cartel raids are contingent on there being an active pursuit going into the cartel area (300m radius or something).

    Additional rules could follow, such as limiting the amount of armor cops can pull to push a cartel. There is no reason why 10+ cops should be able to push in individual ifrits/hunters to fight 2 people at a cartel.

    The current system is broken because anytime someone with a bounty logs on the server they are almost guaranteed to get the APB. This is because the server is so dead that bounties are extremely scarce.

    There is no reason 10 cops should be pushing 3 people at a cartel with 6 ifrits and 2 orcas. I don't understand why every time I log in I have a zerg of cops coming to the one place cops aren't supposed to be. As I was writing this the zerg of obese 30 year olds push in 3 ifrits for a 4.5k bounty. This shit is ridiculous. Cops should not be able to come to cartels or rebels unless in an active persuit. If people want to fight cops they go to towns and do fed events. 

    Cops should not have ifrits.
    Cops should not be able to come to cartels unless its ACTIVE PURSUIT.

    Cop raids made sense when cartels were occupied by groups larger than 3. However, in this abysmal state of the server, 10+ cops pushing 1-3 people doesn't really make much sense. Sucks that gang life only exists on domination and not on the actual server.
