Important policy changes to note:
To enter a rebel when not in active pursuit, including UC officers, requires minimum of 2 officers Removed all 2nd and 3rd offenses from ticket guide. (Disobeying has listed in the notes that on the 3rd occurrence may send to jail) Added Final Approval to blacklist/remove for IAD charges - Server Related Bans, Inappropriate/fail RP Added HVT section Points to remove cadet changed from 3 to 2. Changed the searchable area of all processors to 300M (Same as red KoS zone on map) Drug Dealer/Wongs remains the same. Placable Checkpoint objects may now be used to fortify HQ's. There must still be a viable vehicle entrance and exit. Please make sure to review the entire guidebook as wording has been updated on most all section. Most links on the forums to documents and policies have been disabled as 3.0 will be the go-to for APD policy information.
As a side note, a BIG shout out to @Will. He created the website, fixed my terrible formatting, made it visually appealing, and a host of other back end things to make this possible. As you browse the site you may notice the general Asylum page for Asylum as a whole. This part of the wiki is still very much WIP and should be considered separate from the APD sections. The wiki as a whole will continue to be developed and be updated consider this a sneak peek for what's to come.
