Fix the APD/SPD Wanted List thing

We need to fix this from saying "APD/SPD" to "APD/TPD" this is tearing this nation apart... @bamf @Paratus @KBW #MakeAsylumGreatAgain1ProblemAtAT1me

Clarification Help
APD = Altis Police Department
SPD = Stratis Police Department
TPD = Tanoa Police Department

I understand your confusion, I was as well deeply confused until I looked at the wanted list. It really cleared up and fixed my confusion. I mean if it was meant to stand for "Asylum Police Department" Then why would they do the APD/SPD when they had Stratis? idk just my thoughts..
