Glass of Water
I had this problem a few months back, but after a few days of experimenting I found this solution. Open up your Arma 3 Local Files and then open up another file browser and go to C: -> Windows or wherever your windows folder is Find Speech_OneCore and delete that and the folder two folders below it (I forget what it is, it's like system63) or something Go back to the Local Files and find the Certificatearx and find the STATUS7539SAV folder and delete that. Then just restart your PC and you should be good to go! Link to comment

Mr Smirnoff
Sounds like a hardware issue? Try changing RAM first. Or pull out some sticks. X Jake likes this Link to comment

George
On another note, if you want to buy a different set of Ram get this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01EIDY1EK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 That's what I bought when I switched out my parts and it works magnificently. Install the Enterprise 64bit version you can find an activated one on the popular torrent site near you. Works like a charm, the enterprise version has the most features, maybe it can help. goyney
You have bought a new PC so it isn't a hardware issue. (Unless you have been so unlucky to get bad hardware) Are you using the same HDD / SSD from your old build? Link to comment
