A system exists You can debate whether or not the restrictions are good enough, but as has been previously stated. This is a community management/owner related decision, not a development related one. They have full ability to tighten or loosen the ping limits as they see fit.

skill issue

Trying to fight players with 200-300 ping is next to impossible. Dumping a mag into someone just for them to warp away after they 1 tap you is soo frustrating
