    The title says it all. Have an item (just like the blindfold) that gags the person. This would be used for those civs that are trying to ear rape BHers after they get downed.

    So i just started playing Arma within the past two weeks and just found these servers in the past couple of days. After running around and seeing what is possible i feel like i would enjoy getting into bounty hunting but i have realized it can be pretty tough solo. so that brings us to now. I'm looking for one or two other people who are bounty hunters who have some experience with it and want to make a group.  So just hit me up and lets get some baddies!

    An Asylum Update:
    Server 2 is now online. As was posted before it was taken offline all houses you owned previously on S2 will still be there if you didn't sell and have had their leases extended by 30 days.  We are still evaluating an uptime schedule for it. If both servers continue to have a healthy population you will likely see it online majority of the time.
     
    AFD: If you missed it Congratulations to @Bread who has taken over the Chief role of the AFD. They will have an announcement in the coming days regarding a new Assistant Chief. @Sky Thank you for all the time you put into the AFD as Chief and before. From the start of the AFD sky was a major help in getting the faction off the ground and to where it is today.
     
    APD: effective today we have removed the role of Chief of Police. Thank you @Samperino for your service.  Samp will continue to be an admin and hold the rank of retired captain. As was done with the AFD we will be transitioning the APD into a non admin led faction. The plan right now is to continue to have Darkknight and Rafael run the day to day operations of the APD and not bring on an additional captain. That said I will be temporarily coming out of retirement to help see them both through this phase. They will still be handling all the normal cpt duties with myself being available if and when they need me as they take on the additional COP responsibilities. In regards to the APD and server 2 they will not be splitting into PCTs and will just run 1 APD over both servers. 
    As Jesse posted in the last update thread today SWAT is still very much in the works but had been pushed back a bit to get S2 online.
     
    Support Apps will be opened on Friday 4/3. A post will go up in the afternoon with a format/location to post your applications. We wish you the best of luck!
     
    As to the future dev plans there are some new and interesting ideas floating around. Hopefully we'll have more to share with you regarding those in the coming weeks. In the meantime keep submitting your ideas on the suggestion and feedback topic we regularly check there for community driven content.

    Effective Immediately
    Possession of Uranium Charge
    Any civilian who possesses uranium ore or uranium (weapon grade) should be charged with drug trafficking. 
    This charge must be role played as "possession of uranium."
    A Possession of Uranium charge will be added shortly.
    Uranium Mine and Nuclear Power Plant
    Due to lack of funding to the APD, Cadets and Constables lack sufficient protective equipment to enter the Uranium Mine and the Nuclear Power Plant.
    Only Corporal+ are allowed to patrol the Uranium Mine and the Nuclear Power Plant. Corporals+ who patrol those two areas are to follow normal drug area policies. Corporals+ who patrol those two areas must wear protective clothing to enter the areas. Marked Corporals+: CBRN suit (Blue) or Diving Suit (without Contact DLC) Undercover Corporals+: CBRN suit (any variant) or Diving Suit (without Contact DLC)

    First off, Id like to say thank you @Azeh @Gen. Henry Arnold @Jesse etc for putting countless time into this V2 project.
    I really enjoy the stability I experienced while playing on the test server.  We ran events, had full fights in Kavala and managed to maintain frames, explosions everywhere, tons of vics pulled, and tons of prisons and banks.  With all that the server hadnt lagged or crashed ONCE (untill you started dicking with some scripts). 
    Things I personally Dislike.
    New vehicle UI Oil Rig Cartel (doesnt matter to much just never liked it) Way the Orca flies (I believe this was patched sometime along the test server being up first day) but at first the Orca didnt fly like it did No new content (honestly can come later and thats fine) Don't spawn with debit card.  Mostly everyone donated for debit card DONT MAKE THIS A COMMUNITY GOAL Thats all I can think off that I dislike atm it is 4 am and I am tired I will add more later if I find em
    Features I would like to see
    Old Vehicle UI Repair Refuel in garage Vehicle Upgrade and Insurance Working Tow rope.  Yea it sounds stupid but honestly if I could buy a towrope and have double the risk but double the vehicles for drug runs I would love this All I got for now

    A large amount of the DLC will be utilised on Asylum after release. It’d be stupid not to. That is all I will say.

    I'm not sure if this has ever been mentioned or tried, but I feel like a cruise control scroll-option (perhaps maintain speed/cancel it if "S/W/X" are hit) would be really cool and helpful.. Especially if you like to do DP's while binge watching a show, those long-hauls can be a pain in the ass (or fingers). 
    I understand if its been attempted and isn't possible, but I just thought it'd be worth mentioning - perhaps for Asylum v2 - if it hasn't been already.
