Even if it feels like it, they're not camping these locations 24/7 so I suggest you buy a house near drug dealer so you can run back and fourth in little time. Before you sell anything though make sure you go up to the dealer with nothing in your inventory to bait potential campers. And if you don't have a house just park away from the dealer and do the same thing.

It's not possible to get rid of now that everyone can pull up the wanted list regardless if they have a bounty on someone or not.

Nerf scotch back to its original form(Not increasing price). I was told the reason scotch was nerfed is because "people are making fist fulls of cash". Money is too easy to make with all the new overpowered money makers. It doesn't make sense to keep all the old things lagging behind. I suggest buffing scotch or nerfing all the new shit.
