you are right, because it is deeper than "muh economic collapse" its all purposefully done... There is a greater deeper evil agenda. The elites know they are going to get lynched soon for their crimes against humanity...

The shit you do while serving a racism ban...

Currently its defined as being "done".

We want to get some good testing on it. We have an extra server that Azeh is going to get set up and once this is done. The staff team will work to test it thoroughly. We also have another big ticket development item that we want extensive testing completed on before release. I know people are hungry,  but I ask for your patience. Our team works across many time zones and are working daily.

Can we get white-listed alpha testing?

Wheres the "No change" answer? imo changing initiation rules that have already been around forever is just going to get more confusing.

I know that the decrepit state most dick suckers members are in would make such a change inconceivable. To be more accommodating, maybe they can make a brail or audiobook version of the rules for you all.

  4. Verbal Initiation:

Is it possible to mandate that all forms of verbal initiation, from both civ and cop, require that the "target" of the initiation must be verbally spoken?

    For example:

    • If someone would like to initiate on everyone, then they would say "Everyone, hands up or die."
    • If someone would like to initiate on everyone in a specific group or gang (cause they appear the same on names), then they would say "Everyone in 'Your Group Name', hands up or die." or "Everyone in Farmersville, hands up or be downed".
    • If someone would like to initiate on a specific person, then they would say "Maric, Hands up or be shot".
    • If someone was wearing a mask and their name was "unknown", then a specific description could be used since getting names can be difficult.

The general "Hands up or die" or "Hands up or be downed" is a bit too vague and opens up a lot of confusion to players in terms of whether or not an RDM occurs.

Going forwards since many players may continue to use "Hands up or die", it should be assumed that it means "Everyone, Hands up or die".

If such rules are already in place, then there needs to be further explicit clarification about this in the two threads that cover RDM in the rules section.

Note: These changes do not effect initiation via texting.

    Cop Siren Initiation:

In the case of the APD, it should also be deemed as an unacceptable form of initiation to use sirens in a busy town to initiate on everyone. It happens all too often that a cop will speed through a town with sirens on to initiate for other cops when attempting to target a specific group, gang, or person.

In specific vehicle pursuits, it should be accepted to siren but using sirens to initiate on people on foot, especially when there are multiple parties around, is extremely problematic. I understand the need to siren a civ on cop when you're driving around due to a lack of time to text or get out and verbally initiate. However, when there are multiple "known" parties in the area and the goal is to target a specific party, then a lot of confusion occurs.

Gaining control of populated towns has nothing to due with federal event spams, the reason cops dont deal with larger cities and im assuming you mean Kavala is because if you go to a larger populated city you deal with mass amounts of kids sitting in locked houses with tasers. If you want cops to come to those cities more often Sergeants need to be able to open locked doors this is not raiding a house its just opening a door to get the victim out and then leaving. but im sure that wont happen because for some odd reason that is to OP and sitting in a locked house where no one can reach you isn't.

Get your flashbangs. Cops have the cheapest form of taking down houses when you remove 50. cal trucks.

  6. Adding some info about the Marid from our testing and the sidechat warriors behind their request:

10 Crew total - 1 Driver, 1 Commander, 8 Passengers or 4 fat billy's. Driver/Command disembark via their respective sides. Billy's all exit from the top via a crane. 8 Passengers all exit at the rear door.

6 Tires - 22 Mags of 9mm+ to Destroy wheel, 5 mag of 9mm+ to deflate

Ballistic Info - 9mm Does not pen armored sides. 9m Does pen glass view panels on front and rear of the vehicle 245-250 shots to break glass (These windows are small, front view ports are best shot thru at elevated angle). 15 RGO grenades to front to blow up, 22 RPG rounds to sides/rear to blow up. .50 Cal fully pen's all parts of vehicle.

Top speed - 108kph (very slow acceleration) or 58kph when passenger's are billy sized (very very slow acceleration)

Armor V Armor - When hitting from the side/front panel wheels often are destroyed. Marid is also very top heavy and prone to rolling. Avoid the direct front and all of the rear when d-ysnc ramming.

    Turret removed (obv)

Proposed Cost - $166,500 (Destroy/Chop Value would be $85,000) , Limited to Civ

Rules of engagement - Could only be pulled for Cartel Pushes and Robberies, This is not a arms cartel push vehicle. Would be used after a situation was assessed and determined greater armor is needed in-order to engage. Likely would only see this used by shitter gangs like Chronic and Drunk Squad. Too slow and not maneuverable enough for Lockup or Shipping Robbery. Federal Reserve could have it's uses but would be rarer than Bank/Prison unless used by shitters.

The Civ goal for adding this vehicle would be in situations where they are outgunned to be able to actually deliver group members to cartel and robbery areas. IE: not getting 1-2 shot out of the current armored vehicles rebels has access to.

Hey yall I am a full stack web developer and used to play asylum years ago, I stopped playing because cartel fights were not common or just pretty boring 2v2 type of thing, if that is still the case I was thinking about building a website that helps gangs find fights.

You would be able to register your gang and basically set appointments to fight another gang at a cartel or even a custom location on the map, I would love to build this if there is any interest. Let me know.

Just make a discord notifier, takes less time for same outcome/ result

Probably better to make a discord server with a custom bot that can announce and ping gang leaders to organize such. Good idea.

Can we make it a 50 percent chance that every time a new person logins to the server. Either a farmersville house is destroyed or a gang member is randomly killed and forced respawn?

Is it ironic that a farmersville member is the one to have made such a suggestion in the first place?

You have no clue what goes on behind the scenes you see the hopping on cop shit. There is way more than just that I'm not gonna start argument over that. Trust me I'm not one of those people that just does the bare minimum to keep my rank. In fact I hate people like that. Now I understand shit happens people have lifes and we shouldn't take there rank because they had to deal with IRL stuff for one month. I guess the reason I don't understand the issue is because when I see a RA I usually take it unless I know I'm to tired to be able to give a good ride along. Look this is my advice move up the ranks and understand what we deal with on the daily and then try and make some change don't just sit outside of the room saying that the inside is terrible. Now I am not saying that the APD doesn't have problems because trust me there is plenty but to be able to fix those you have to understand those problems then try and make a fix for them. If you don't understand what goes on behind the scenes it will never work.

    Actual APD problems and solutions:

    • Cadets learn degenerate policing practices from Constables through strict half-ticketing, insta-seizing, and lack of roleplay. Only "higher-ups" should be able to take on cadets.
    • Activity for higher-ups should be on a weekly basis with exceptions due to extenuating circumstances to prevent that end-of-month rush
    • Interviews/Ride-alongs should be scheduled.
    • To disincentive officers offering lower tickets, payouts should be of the full amount (pre-ticket)
    • Lack of incentive to protect civs in large populated towns due to too much federal event spam and inability to gain control of situations. Decrease federal event spam and increase fire-power of officers (Constable Carrier-lights for example).

You've thus far argued against only one of my five proposed problems and solutions. The whole "you don't understand how things are since you're not on the inside argument" doesn't work since the APD has had plenty an opportunity to improve and has failed to do so. Obviously change doesn't happen internally and thus external pressures are needed.

Scheduling stuff hasn't worked in the past and will never work if someone needs a ride along grab someone that's on. if you cant because they wont do it that's a different issue.

Sounds more like you struggle month to month to do you bare minimum responsibilities to keep that rank of yours. I get that you'd lose it if they increased them in any way.

Atleast for me with ridealongs if someone messages me on discord or TS i let them know if i am willing to do one or not. Scheduling stuff never works, at the end of the day its a video game we all get on to have fun not make it a job. The problem with scheduling stuff is if something comes up and the higher up isnt there it makes more people mad. I dont really see a wait issue right now anyways.

How unbelievable for people who hold a senior rank to have more responsibilities? Why not just have it so people can schedule their own time? Of course you don't see an issue for something you haven't had to do for a very long time.
