I used to turn my engine on/off to make sure it didnt despawn. If you know your going to be out there gathering for a long time, make sure to interact with your vehicle so it dont despawn.

A wise man told me once that you holding your own dick is the same as holding everyone elses dick. So holding your own dick makes you atleast 10% gay, so if you try to suck your own wiener i would say that is atleast a 45-50% gay in my opinion.

Make daytime 70% and night 30%...  fighting at night is almost just as aids when Ur entire screen lights up from a single shot, and makes most not want to fight at all once it turns night. I get role-players make up a majority of the server, but cartels have been very active lately and I feel this would be a welcomed change from the cartel community, and wouldn't really affect the rest of the server

Disarming a civilian:
Officers now have the option to disarm a civilian if they are caught escorting another player in Police restraints.  Officers do not need to give warning to this.   Retired Captains:
Retired Captains may now give disciplinary action to APD officers if they are found to be violating APD Guidelines.  Current Captains may still overrule disciplinary action given out by Retired Captains if they deem it necessary. APD Staff Retirement:
You must serve 6 active months in total as an APD staff member in order to retire.   Sergeant - 6 months If unable to complete 6 active months as a Sergeant - Demoted to Corporal with activities. Lieutenant & Captain - 6 months  If unable to complete 6 active months as Lieutenant or Captain - May retire from APD with previous rank if total active time served is 6 months or more.

Civilians found in possession of Henbane Plants are to be charged with Possession of PCP
Civilians found in possession of PCP Pill Sheets are to be charged with Possession of Purified LSD/PCP sheets
Cartel event:
While a cartel event is active the APD may only enter if in active and visual pursuit 
Captains are not permitted to raid an active cartel event

Was raining yesterday, unless a dev hit a button to change it then it should be set to rain.
But we can toggle it anytime in game.
