No ACTIVE Captains do this and lts are not allowed, That being said there is 1 retired captain that always gives his friends mks and its fucking annoying, retired captains should be LTs they shouldnt keep their rank when they retire. Just because "its something that has always been apart of asylum" doesnt meant it shouldnt change. eh LTs should keep em, they shouldnt be handed out though. Also, nerfing cop payouts will only make them robocop more. In my opinion, the cop payout should be completely changed so it doesnt even involve tickets and sending to jail, but no one ever wants to have that discussion. I think the real thing that needs to be happening is cracking down on robocopping. I could guarantee you if I were to give a verbal for it i would have a bunch of LTs yelling at me even though its something that can be reported for in IAs. Unfortunately most of the people that actually want to see change in the apd dont get promoted because the current people in charge want to remain essentially unchecked.

This is literally exactly how it already is. The only active captain that can spawn something in is Samp, he is the only admin. And to my knowledge, theres only 1 retired captain that is an admin and can spawn stuff in, not including the owners/devs, and ive never seen any of the two abuse it.

I dont think ive seen any of the captains we currently have abuse their power. In fact, most of the time when Sgts and LTs want to do something like authorize lethals, raid a house/seize crates and a captain is there they usually just tell them to just enter the house without seizing crates and keep using downing rounds. Im not sure how much you play cop but if youve ever played with samp or darknight theyre usually pretty level headed in those situations. cant speak for cody havent ever played with him. I can agree though sometimes there are retired captains that will use their position to either help friends or just abuse it in general, but even that really doesnt happen very often. The captains didnt get to where they are by breaking the rules.

Im thinking it should be a warning first "leave the HQ or you will be restrained and searched" instead of just searching anyone in the HQ.
