It really rustles my jimmies that you can't sell and get max profit when a cartel is contested. For instance, some austist taps drug cartel for 1% and leaves. I believe you should still have "ownership" until it is down to 0% capture, and when it goes up, the gang that is winning has ownership.

As of late, there has been an increase in the level of personal toxicity and harassment that has occurred within the community. At no time is it acceptable for you to harass other players. I want to keep this short. 
Stop the harassment
Dial back on the toxicity. I want to see everyone have fun. But it's getting to a point where we are having multiple daily issues  
Never use, collect, or distribute personal information. 
You are liable to be removed from the servers for these actions. If it is witnessed by any Admin, they are able to take action regardless if a report is made. We want Asylum to be a place where people can enjoy without the personal attacks and daily harassment.

The way I’ve always seen or heard is that if there is still an officer in the drug field/illegal area, officers may return as there are no one life rules for that situation.
If all officers are wiped, the area should be marked and no officers shall return until another form of probable cause is received in order to return before the 20 minutes.
Please keep in mind that cops don’t always have to win.

Poker night

The TCF Gang was about to merge with us, (ONE) 2 Of our members did some investigating on them, they found out that they were banned off CQC for hacking, and he noticed they were spawning in gear like wearing the exact same loadouts and having a suspicious amount of rockets. They went to the teamspeak and got 3 of their members banned.
EDIT: Also, they were proven to be banned from Olympus for the same reason
