Considering I am asking you, no... I do not know what you are talking about.... I have been around long enough for there to be more than 1 issue...
1 -  Soft log to the faction screen (blufor/independent/civilian), try to join back
2 - Back out of the server entirely and rejoin
3 - Restart the game entirely, rejoin
4 - Try another Asylum Server such as Server 2/3 if you currently play on Server 1
5 -  At this point (which it may very likely be the issue regardless) the server may be having issue
 
I would try the steps in this order, personally, soft logging has fixed issues for me, however, more time than not it is merely a server issue and that is either fixed by an Admin restarting the server as well as the Devs fixing the server
Unfortunately we are (and have for a long time) having server issues, since the help from Poseidon I have seen the server performance take a huge leap towards being a better server and am hopeful he can do even greater things for us to come, only time will tell

I have seen it done several times with APD rolling in to a big drug bust and going straight for a seize. The fact you haven’t seen this tells me you didn’t do many drug busts after the policy update or you’re lying.

If the initiation or hostile time is 5 minutes, maybe the cuffs breaking should be the same

If you do not know  the server rules, you shouldn't be in the APD

I have chosen to hand in my titles of hacker aimbot godmode captain back to asylum as my time is up and im now an old asylum man, this time it's my decision to leave not the ADMINS. I go out on my terms like Lightning mcqueen.

Hey guys, my name is Zoox.
I only recently just bought Arma 3 & have found myself playing a lot on this server. (just a tip, I'm really enjoying myself!) I've met a lot of really cool people who were fine with teaching me the ropes & although I've spent all my time as a medic I'm still thoroughly enjoying my time spent on the server. I plan on sticking around for a while and getting to know a lot of people. You can usually find me on server #1 hanging around Kavala square just trying to make conversation with others or doing my duties.
I'm very pleased with how the server plays out & I'm grateful that there are so many people willing to help me out, so thanks to those who have done so already. Anyways, I'm going to go back to my duties, but it's cool to be engaged in a community as active & fun as this one. If you ever need help or a revive, make sure you hit me up

A lot of people ask me why I barely report stuff. 50% or more of these clips are Reportable/Compable. At half an hour/hour for each clip to make a report, you do the math.

To make a gang: you need to buy a house and get the leadership talent, then when your inside your house you can scroll and hit "house" then hit "new" and it will allow you to make a gang

Backstory : I did a smash and grab with 3 gold bars. I can only hold 2. I went all the way to north rebel, Sold the 2 bars and came back for the third one I dropped outside. I crashed once on the way back. I actually want to neck myself.
