Yes, I think the owner of the house would get rewarded for stopping it maybe some sort of insurance for damage property. Maybe instead of it being a player owned house its just a random house that you could rob, you gather like in a legal or illegal area and the objects are TVs, lose cash and pc parts, jewelry. Cops get alerted also and they have to stop it.

The stuff you could steal are jewelry or cash that's just laying around. The animation like is gathering in illegal or legal areas. You're not stealing y inventory or physical stuff like guns, clothing, etc.

So this is just a thought and I don't know you would make it happen but if the server had breaking into someones house or gang building, etc. The person breaking in had a timer or animation on door while his gang mates or friends watching his back. Note: In order to break into someone's house the person that owns the house has to be on. The stuff you could steal are jewelry or cash that's just laying around. The animation like is gathering in illegal or legal areas. The person or gang that owns the property would get notified and also the cops. Cops still have to initiate tho but the civilian or gang that owns the house can instantly shoot the house intruders or they still need to initiate if need be. This just randomly popped in my head when I was working lol. Or instead of it being a person own house its only houses that are not in major spawn cities. Cops would treat it as a Ivans or Hugo Gas Station robbery.
