Just a FYI I do agree that something should change with SRT because a 10 man group should not be able to go and fight gangs that have 4 people that barley have any points.

Personally I see why it hasn’t been done yet. To do it right and not just kill SRT you have to one find people that are dedicated and willing to put time into it and also know what they are doing. Plus if you make a separate from the APD which would probably be for the best you would have to make a section for forums set up a way for whitelisting, keeping up with punishments, somewhere to submit reports, different whitelisting for ranks and so on. Just takes a bunch of work to get it running right. It’s probably just gonna take someone to write a very very detailed way of how it would work and the want for it to get developed. Tbh I think it’s more important to work on developing the main server more then dom atm.

    FTO Application
    ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
    FTO Application Requirements
    - Must be 17+ years of age
    - No Active Points
    - Be the rank of Constable+
    ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
    FTO Application Process
Apply through this Link (Google Forum) Once accepted by Training Command you will be required to take the FTO Entry test (Old Mock Cert test) If you pass you will be moved to a in game section will you will be required to conduct a FTX with a member of the Training Command. In this FTX you will not have a document to work off of, you will have to take your personal experience and train the member of Command as if they were a new officer. This can be on almost any topic of your choosing from federal events to HQ lockdowns. If you pass this phase you will become a FTO. Note: If you are a ACTIVE Mock Certified Officer point 2 does not apply to you.
Current TOs will automatically be given FTO but will need to come speak with training command to be familiarized on the new processes.
Any SGT+ who is wanting to become a FTO must still apply through the link but they will not be required to take the FTO entry test. Also activity requirements for SGT+ FTOs will work completely different (Explained below).
Training Command will contact you through private messages on the forums or through discord. Please keep a eye out for a response.
    ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
    FTO Activity Requirements
Constable/Corporal FTOs - You will be required to complete one FTO activity each month. This includes either a Mock ride along or a FTX. This is subject to change at anytime depending on the amount of activities possible. Even though officers are only required one activity the officers who go up and beyond will be looked at closer for promotions in the APD.
SGT+ FTOs - SGT+ FTOs will only be able to conduct FTX and not be allowed to do Mock Ride alongs. SGT+ will not have a monthly requirement to meet but if you have not completed a FTX in the last 2 months you are subject to retraining on the process by Training Command. A benefit for SGT+ completing a FTX will be that you will be able to count it as one of your monthly APD staff activities. Any SGT+ that has not completed a FTX in the last 4 months will be removed.
    ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
    FTO Incentives
Corporal/Constable - Rewards are based off of attendance and will be calculated as follows: Prestige: 2500 base, 500 per person with a max reward of 5,000. Money: $20,000 base, $8,000 per person with a max reward of $60,000.
SGT+ - As listed above SGT+ FTOs will have the ability to count a FTX as one of there monthly APD Staff activity Requirements. Other then this SGT+ perks will be limited to there not being a monthly requirement. Payouts are still available same as above.

I think instead of banks drilled just do a flat amounts of federal events you have taken part in. Basically just based off you getting the charge would be the easiest way to count. Ik some people get the charge while actually not doing it but I don’t think that’s much of a problem. Other then that I like the idea

Right now I think weapon sway may be a little to strong. Ive heard the argument against it being that it takes skill to deal with high sway which I disagree with because the weapon sway just makes people wanna play sniper elite and makes the more aggressive player be put at a disadvantage. I dont think it should be lowered to Olympus levels as I think thats a little to low but I think as is its just a little to high.

If corporals could retire then what would be the point to go for a higher position. Also, what about the people who have put the time in to earn the retired status. I don’t think it’s a good idea for those reasons.

    Map Designer
The role of the map designer is to support the on-going in-game development of the content developers and creating new map areas or modifying requested portions of the map from either the developers or from upper server management. You could be creating totally new areas on the map for a new server event, new runs, or new objectives. You could also just be making slight adjustments to object orientations and helping perfect object placement on the map and such.
    Position Requirements
    General
Must be at least 18 years old at time of applying. Must be in a good standing with the community. Must have work examples or proof of knowledge for the position you are applying for. Must not be completely brain-dead and have the ability to comprehend given tasks and ask semi-intelligent questions if help is required with your task. If I can find the answer on Google in 5 seconds... it's a stupid question Ability to use TeamSpeak as primary method of communication and Discord as a secondary. Ability to self improve based off of constructive criticism. Map Designer

I just think the other maps need a refresh on the zones so that they are closer and its not a driving sim.
