Too many cliques have formed in the APD. Back when I played the majority of promotions were given to those that deserved it. Whenever promotions were announced, you could see the names promoted and say "Yeah, they deserve it. I've played with them before and they're great roleplayers." Nowadays it's "Oh, he's the mong that always is stuck up the sergeants ass."

Obviously it's hard to break up the cliques, but there has to be some kind of quality assurance in place so that you don't have the vast majority of higher ups in the APD in the same short bus sharing crayons.

Losing people like Leon, Tanner, and Olivia (no matter how scummy her exit was) really hurt the APD's ability to improve the quality of officers. I know @TheCrestedPenguin used to do his best to host trainings, but they were often pissed on by other higher ups who just wanted to troll. 

The problem is robocopping and usually shitty leadership too.  So bounties not getting removed would only contribute to the amount of robocopping that is already going on and it's probably even what cops that are money hungry would want anyway because it would just mean bigger payouts.

Hopefully, been dodged for quite some time.

My god. What an idea! Why didn't i think of that? (In all seriousness i love rping as a cop but its not fun when ya get shot when trying to rp. I can go like "Sir would you like to talk about your bounty" Then tries to talk and roleplay without being aggressive towards the player. I then get shot by him or his friends. Then i think to myself? Hmmm i could just say APD hands up then if he runs i down him and take him away and can get the money instead of dying trying to be nice and roleplay. There are a ton of factors to this.  It kills my will to play to play not being able to have fun roleplays and such but when i try and rp i just die quicker then guns blazing with minimum rp. As someone who cant even afford the gun scopes and cars at times its a huge pain to see the tiny amount of money i have go even lower. 

I mean, that statement actually means they meant it would be between the 14-20, and they don't know which day in that range they wanted, FYI.
It's already been postponed anyways. Disappointed, but after years of Paratus, the greatest developer of his time (lol'd when I wrote this), can't say postponed dates for Asylum is anything new.

Since you have been here since 2014, what about removing the straight to jail charge? As the respected Admin and Chief Of Police you are I hope you will do what is best for the servers.
As that is 100 % the easiest way to increase RP. Since 90 % of the rebels these days have that charge.

Im saying you're veering away from the problem not the outcome. Ive an issue with how things are approached with regards to higher ups.
Would you believe if i said he cant record because he drops FPS? Prob not, but besides the point.

You've been given plenty to work with, not just from me either. Issues have been brought up, reported, acknowledged by fellow higher ups and still it seems you throw it on the back burner.

Codie Alterman unrestrained and lethaled Zaka infront of the prison with like 8 of us there, 2 of which where admins, 3 of which where higher ups (Sgt+) and also said they seen it when i mentioned it previously in the post i made about the Captains a few weeks back along with discussions in TS so you can deny it all you want and think im "embellishing" the situation, it happened.
Actionable offences which have had no impact on said person considering they are still roaming about on their second chance as a retired captain, a few words spoken is all i believe was behind 4 reports if im not mistaken? Considering he was once at the top of the APD food chain he should have been held to a much higher standard. If that was a Cpl or Constable they'd be fucked into oblivion.
Not baiting, stating facts which you always seem to try and veer away from or just respond with big words to try and sound smart or an emote, which this will prob get anyway. System in place is broke, people are too pally with one another and the sooner you come to see that the sooner shit will start to right itself. 3 years ago people doing what they are now would be terrified to do so but now its a sham.

you guys shouldn't lose sleep over it, from what i can see you both are working well into the night on the coding, just remember to put yourselves infront of the job
