Officers Name : Superforva (sic maybe) Reason for Appraisal : This guy has some of the best roleplay I have ever seen.  He is just a cadet, but he roleplays as a Spainaird, and his accent is spot on.  Every moment with him is just awesome. Reward:  Some love!

Officers Name : Corporal Max Reason for Appraisal : This guy is always fun to play with, always keeps his cool, has good RP and really helps out the new players the best he can. Suggested Reward : Recognition/ Financial support for an orca, i've heard the last one went down tragically    Officers Name : Constable Rosie Peng Reason for Appraisal :  I've had a couple of run ins with Rosie on either civ and cop, she's always friendly and fun and fair when processing you. Suggested Reward : A flower tag on TS   Officers Name : Constable Christian Andersen Reason for Appraisal : He's freshly promoted to constable but even as a cadet he was always putting in his best effort. Doesn't screw around and is really fun to be around. With this good attitude he might be someone for the sergeants to look out for. Suggested Reward : Recognition / Promotion if he keeps going this way Officers Name : Corporal Lightknight Reason for Appraisal : This is your solid corporal that always has his bloodbags ready, fun to be around and won't lose his cool.  Suggested Reward : 50 wounded cadets for him to bloodbag   Officers Name : LT Huang Peng Reason for Appraisal : This man rules server 1 with an iron fist, just like Lighthouse he's your best medical support! I have known Huang Peng for a long time and i love that he did not change at all throughout his promotions. This guy recently got LT and he totally deserved it! Suggested Reward :  a sculpture in denmark resembling himself.

After about a year and a half of Asylum including about 9 months in the APD, it's about time for my departure from this fucked up island. It's been great fun, and I've met many awesome people, but I've over-stayed my welcome. Nowadays, it's hard to grasp that thrill and enjoyment of RP and the combat in general has gone stale for me, but that's just due to my long stay here. The APD in particular was what kept me going. The people, the activities, the RP, these were what gave me the desire to come back to this hellhole. Now I find myself pushing to actually get on. Anyways, yee. 
There are too many people to thank for giving me a great time, but I must give my personal thanks to Precinct 3 and Precinct 1. You guys are awesome. 
To the people I've led, trained, or counseled, I hope I've served you well.
