    The flare gun cannot do any damage to you. He/she can't kill you or down you with it, therefore he/she cannot attempt to kill you.

    I predicted it would die the same way server 5 died. Reasons are simple, devs don't want to give people what they want:
    People want scopes on Australia, RCO, MRCO, ARCO. People want armored vehicles. Ifrits, Hunters, Striders. (or HMVV etc) People want helicopters! We have all these new helicopters like Huey, Mi-24 and many many more People want better cartel locations and less travel overall. Nobody wants to fly to Perth to fight cartel Map is pure garbage and performance is garbage too (map dev did show off some cool stuff in new version tho) People want more guns. There are at least 10-15 good guns that did not get added like G36, PP-19 Bizon, CZ-805, M14 DMR, CZ550, L85A2, Mk12 SPR, M40A3, Mk16 mod 0, Dragunov SVD, XM-8. Why aren't these guns in? Who knows they are fun as hell and different. caliber cannot be the excuse we have the .338 lapua there. Cops need better guns, on Altis constable gets two fully automatic assault rifles on Aus constable gets 9mm pea shooter and THATS IT. Corporals ONLY get a fucking semi automatic shit.     What people want is Altis with mods and linked bank account across servers you give them that and the server will stay as full as the non modded ones.
    Give people what they want and they will reward you with play time. Right now Server 6 is literally torture we have all this new stuff available but we can't use it. Its cruel like giving us the Lapua with iron sights etc. 
    Server was fun the first week because everything was new and you didnt notice the negatives but once we made some money and maxed the account you started to see how there must be more to it or I am moving back to Altis.

    Doubled the per-player gang bank limit from 50k to 100k. Gang banks can now hold a maximum of 2.5m, up from 1.5m. Bank vaults (domes) can now be cracked faster. The federal bank now spawns 30% of it's value in cash, instead of 60%. The total value of a bank robbery is unchanged, although more of the value is in gold. Gold bars are now more valuable. The maximum amount of money in a cartel container has changed from $150,000 to $200,000. Cartel payouts and cuts are now a little bit more aggressive. Fixed the Dodge Viper price on Australia. Increased trunk size of the airplanes on Australia. Fixed a bug with storing some vehicles in your garage on Australia. The prison on Australia got that much-needed funding and reinforced all prison structures. Hotfix
    Jurors on Australia will no longer spawn in the sky. Fixed garage/chop issues with some new vehicles on Australia. With new funding, the Australian police department is now able to supply it's SWAT officers with ammunition. Hotfix 2
    Fixed bug allowing gold bars to be taken from the reserve too easily on Australia. Moved the salt flat rebel outpost on Australia. Fixed issues with some vehicles saving and storing in garages on Australia. Added proper color variations for the Porsche. Added more color variations for the Yamaha R6. Added more color variations for the Beetle 4x4, including extras for donor level 3, 4 and 5. Added a new position for the Wong Triad on Australia.

    @Paratus Im not sure if asylum is your lively hood but I would like to see more people donate to you. I have my own opinions on things like admins / e.t.c but that doesnt mean i don't think you and them deserve more compensation.
    My recommendations:
    10$ Donation Bracket - The house crate and a 5% Global Discount
    25$ Donation Bracket - Debit Card and Medical in Donor
    50$ Donation Bracket - Hatchback Sport and Heli Access in Donor + 5% global discount on everything including loadouts for cops / civs + Possible additions like housing equipment i.e signs to customize your house.
    75$ Donation Bracket - New Bracket that adds in Auto Equiped crates for houses possibly + 10% Global Discount + Donor Clothing / Market Access. + Ability to buy mohawk
    100$ Donation Bracket - 15% Global Discount  + Donor Weapon access + Free talent resets
    150$ Donation Bracket - 20% Global Discount + Housing in Donor +  Ability To buy Taru +
    250$ Donation Bracket -  Liscences come at no cost +  25% Global Discount  +  Ability to use garages at DP's
     
    TLDR: Add more brackets - helps people scale up the donation , change perks to be useful . I wont ever be able to donate more then 100$ but to me its not OP for a guy who pretty much pays twice - three times what I do to have a larger discount. At the end of the day 25% of a loadout or vehicle isnt ground breaking for someone who is helping keep the server up for me or you to play anyways.
     
    New Idea Highlights :  No cost talent resetting , No Cost Liscences (Basically allows players to switch between rebel / bounty hunter quickly  OR not have to make comp requests), Larger Global Discounts , Vehicle Garages in DP's , Auto Equiped Crates , House designing / House equipment in houses, Taru (because quite honestly it shouldnt be that easy to be shot out of a heli - that doesnt make combat more exciting to be shot down in 2 bullets) , Hopefully new skins and clothes e.t.c.

    Feel free to take several mins to answer all their questions or let them watch you operate if you're nearby, but letting them shadow you or ride along with you in your vehicle for extended periods of time is not encouraged for various reasons.  When they miss out on the TS communication, 911 calls, APD documentation, restraining/searching suspects, seeing the wanted list etc. they're really not getting a taste of cop life at all.  Also when you have a civ to take care of it can be difficult to ensure their safety and cooperation, especially when they're not in TS.
    In short, no.  Tell the civ if they want a taste of cop life, that is the purpose of the cadet week. : )

    Get house + crate. Buy rebel licence, stock up on carrier lites and scopes. 
    I have BH a lot, and I think BH gear is fine. You just need to be more sneaky/smart. Most people show up at ephedra fields with their bh badge out and bh clothes, stand in the middle of open to track their target. Well ofc you are going to get killed. Be smarter than that. I have taken box trucks to illegal areas only with backpacks and pistol and no vest. Make friends with your target there and shoot them in the back when they dont pay attention
    Key too being a successfull bounty hunter, be the biggest dick you can be!

    how about adding a talent for fatigue (spawn with red gulls)?
    or maybe even a fast travel system in between hospitals?
    Im sorry, but I'm not even going to try to respond to a call 30Km away...
    I'd say fix medic choppers so that civs cant fly them and add them back in, otherwise people will steal medic choppers all day.

    Before reading this guide, please note, the majority of the alcohol process is ILLEGAL
    This guide is currently unfinished, however, it has the majority of info you need to start making your booze
    !You will also need a house with a keg, purchasable at the Home Improvement store!
    If you are confused by something or have questions, let me know!
    Please read: I would like to thank everyone who helped me put this guide together. On behalf of everyone, I urge you all to be kind and friendly at the Distillery. We're all just trying to make some booze, man.

    Step 1: Get your materials
    There are 3 types of alcohol you can make, each requires a different set of ingredients.
    Below is a list of the recipes, as well as what each plant looks like so you know how to gather them
    Moonshine: Corn, Water, Yeast
    Whiskey: Corn or Rye, Water, Yeast, Barley
    Scotch: Water, Yeast, Barley
    ***WATER AND YEAST CAN BE OBTAINED FROM A MARKET***
    BARLEY

     
    CORN
     

    RYE

    **Note that the RYE plant is a shorter version of the CORN plant

    Step 2: Distilling your product
    You will now need to take AT LEAST 1* of each ingredient, respective to the recipe you chose to make, to the distillery. Remember, this is an ILLEGAL area.
    .
    *if you have, say, 20 water, 20 yeast, and 20 barley, you will make 20 Scotch
     



    Your product is not finished, continue on to the next step.

    Step 3: Aging your product
    To age your product, place the un aged alcohol in your barrel.
    Your product will begin to "age" over several server restarts in set increments.
    For Scotch, it ages 20 per stage per restart, I diagram below shows how it ages. 
    For Whiskey, there is no set increment
    Assuming what you had 100 scotch in your barrel, this is what it would look like over many restarts, courtesy of Bikstok:
    - Before restart:
    [100] new make scotch
    - 1st restart:
    [20] scotch
    [80] new make scotch
    - 2nd restart:
    [20] 15 year scotch
    [20] scotch
    [60] new make scotch
    - 3rd restart:
    [20] 25 year scotch
    [20] 15 year scotch
    [20] scotch
    [40] new make scotch
    - 4th restart:
    [40] 25 year scotch
    [20] 15 year scotch
    [20] scotch
    [20] new make scotch
    - 5th restart:
    [60] 25 year scotch
    [20] 15 year scotch
    [20] scotch
    - 6th restart:
    [80] 25 year scotch
    [20] 15 year scotch
    - 7th restart:
    [100] 25 year scotch
    **It will look the same for Whiskey, except it will be aging 60 at a time**

    After the first restart with the base product in your house, it will upgrade to stage 2. In this case, my "New Make Scotch" upgraded to "Scotch" after one restart.
    Note that only 20 were aged.

    Now that you have "Scotch" in your barrel, wait another restart, and it will turn into "15 year Scotch"

    After another restart (3rd), your 15 year will turn into 25 year Scotch. This is your final product.

    Now that you have a finished product, take it to Wongs Food and Alcohol and make some bank!!
    Keep in mind that alcohol ages in set increments, for Scotch that increment appears to be 20. It will take several restarts for an entire crate to fully age, as it will only age 20 per step per restart.

    Some More Tips:
    Scotch sells for the most money if you're aging in bulk
    You must be online during a restart for it to count for aging, however, it will age if you're in the lobby over restart
    While only a set amount can age, you can have multiple barrels to multiply the process
    Moonshine doesn't need to be aged
    You can have any configuration of aging barrel/crate in your house
    All the ingredients way 1, and every stage of drink weighs 3*
    Barley, Corn, and Rye are LITERALLY everywhere
    More tips coming as I find them

    Sorry for the frame drops, you can thank Australia for that xD. We weren't expecting to see a big bounty there, but apparently Tye was wanted for 15k. (He was pardoned, in case anyone is curious)
