    Processor Attachment New vehicle modification "Processor Attachment" Can be added to any land vehicle to process the items in the vehicles inventory When within 50m of the processor, scroll-wheel on truck to "Process X with device" Will begin ONE BIG PROCESS ACTION, if you escape out of it you must start again. Only processes one type of item at a time, I.E, Uncut Diamonds get processed at a different time than copper ore, each scroll option is a different process. Unfortunately the truck is not as efficient with processing illegal items, a small percentage of items may be lost in the mechanism, even if you own the cartel. Each Vehicle has a different processing speed, the larger the truck, that faster they process. Offroad, Sport, SUV, Prowler, Qilin (Same as by hand) Box Truck, Fuel Truck, Van Cargo, Van Passenger (Moderately faster) Zamak Covered, Zamak Flatbed, Zamak Box (Cooking with steam here) HMMT Fuel, HMMT Transport, HMMT Box (Oh baby here we go) Tempest Transport, Tempest Fuel, Tempest Ammo, Tempest Device (FAST AS FUCK BOIII) Any vehicles not mentioned here are as fast per item as by hand. Vehicle Waterproofing New handling upgrades for cars and helicopters Make the hull of the vehicle waterproof (so it floats) Waterproof upgrades includes the highest respective handling tier While I would still not advise driving into the ocean, this upgrade will let your cars/helis bob along the surface. AKA Helicopters won't explode if they hit the water. Turf Activation Turfs can now be activated for capture Scroll wheel on the flag and "Activate Turf" 1 Minute timer to activate capturability of the turf. Turf will be capturable for 15 minutes or until someone captures it Turfs will still pop randomly within the server restart 15 Minute cooldown between captures Doubled range around the flag where you can go while capturing New Turf Buffs Panagia : 10% increase for selling at Wongs in Athira. Prestige Rework We are changing the way the prestige system currently works with weapons on our servers.   You will no longer poof a weapon if you do not have the appropriate prestige tier Weapons will be able to be purchased from rebel with appropriate tier, or crafted for significantly cheaper. If you currently have Tier 1, you will automatically be given a Tier X token the next time you respawn, sell it at Ivan's Gas Mart to activate. Else you can buy a Tier X token at Ivan's GasMart, sell it back to the NPC to activate the tier. Tier X does not require a successful National HQ robbery **NOTES ON PRESTIGE SUPPRESSORS We are going to test out the implementation of suppressors on our servers. These items will be treated as tier-locked items.     We are adding a lot of new vehicles, weapons, and attachments to our servers in order to provide out player base with an evolving Asylum experience.  Any/all of these new additions may be tweaked/removed/buffed in the future.  If this is done we will of course offset any losses associated with such removals.

    Reworked the Following: Prestiging
    Changing the way that prestiging actually works on the back and front ends After a successful Nikolai's/NUHQ robbery, 2 of each token will spawn on the ground inside the vault With the token needed in your inventory, Decrypt the Drive at the laptop inside the vault This will start a 15 seconds process to decrypt the vault After completing this it will take your money, the token, and activate the tier rewards You can only decrypt one token each event You can drop them and give them to other people, but you cannot store them in a house or car. We are doing this so there is additional functionality behind this system in the future.  This is being included in a hotfix to see how it goes before additonal implementation. Fixed:

    I’ve always had inconsistency issues with name tags on asylum. I’m sure this has been brought up many times and I’m unsure if there is a fix. But with the addition the fitz to the team he seems to be the Swiss Army knife of the dev team. I was just wondering if it would be possible to overhaul the entire nametag system for consistency’s sake. For example in smokes there will be people dead infront of me and I can’t see them or their name but from their pov they have seen me from miles away. Also it could help with issues with the ~ key aswell to see names from a distance. I’m sure it isn’t as easy as changing a few lines of code or whatever must be done but I think it could definitely be useful for all parties.

    Well take a look into this for sure, I fully understand how painful it is to play dom with name tags and such atm.  Currently working on less intensive things for a bigger bang but I’ll spend some time looking at this in the coming weeks

    APD HQ Lockdown Federal Event:
    APD Sergeants and higher are now able to request assistance from Altis SWAT command, for backup in extreme situations when their local headquarters fall under-attack.  Doing so will activate a federal event in that city, civilians and officers will fight for the illegal loot recently seized into the HQ’s evidence storage.
    Must be at least five civilians in the city, in addition to other APD policy related guidelines. May only be done every 30 minutes, and counts as a federal event. 5 minutes after the SGT requests backup, a crate full of illegal loot will spawn somewhere in the respective city. (It is locked for 10 minutes) After 5 minutes it will be marked on the map, for APD and rebels to fight over until it unlocks (Activates 35 meter radius redzone around the crate) APD can re-seize the items for a big payday, or the rebels can escape with the drugs!
    Pyrgos Stash House:
    Druglords have setup shop in Pyrgos, having taken the old dome from the APD HQ and setup a vault for their hidden meth and supplies.
    Set drill on laptop door to breach, 15 minutes later doors will open and you will be able to access the illegal meth/uranium.
    Athira Entertainment Center:
    A real estate developer has moved into Athira, and he has bought the old soccer field on the south-west of town.  He has begun to build an expansive entertainment facility for Athira’s residents.     Duel Arena
    Can contain one fight at a time Players can invite at the duel arena With bets that are variable from $50,000 - $999,999 Invited players can accept at the Duel Arena or any Court House(60 seconds to accept) On acception the players get teleported to the arena On teleportation half of the betting amount will be subtracted from your account (500k bet on the game, each player puts 250k in the pot) Both parties will battle for the best out of three On win you will get the battle amount On lose you will get nothing (obviously) If your battle partner leaves you will get your input back and as a punishment for leaving your battle partner will lose their input.     Requires re-write/modification of pretty much every line of code related to cops and how cops interact with players. Unfortunately at this point its one of those "Way too much work for not enough gain" especially when you can pop open team-speak and metagame it anyways. 

    Someone on the dev team might surprise me and do it. But id be questioning why they would dedicate that much dev time to it.

    Buddy, i aint done shit in 6 months, no one cares what my opinion is. Devs are doing what they want.
    Im not the boogey man. Im not behind the curtain blocking any economic changes.
    I don't lead development, I cant even tell other Devs no. If any of them disagreed with what I've done they could/have/will and do change it at their descretion.

    I still love asylum, but my effort towards working on it is pretty much a direct reflection of how i feel about the server. Right now I'm getting much more enjoyment from programming other projects. I have a lot of respect for the other Devs and im here to help. But when i get home from work and i open up a project file. It just hasn't been for the server handing out armed ghost hawks and banning people for closing a shed door.

    I take alot of heat for economic changes. While i'm very vocal about the fact i don't like domination and that its also probably a bad idea to make 10million dollars sitting in dark fungi for 10mins, no one ever seems to mention the thousands of other comits i do outside of economic changes.

    While there are a lot of layers and variables to this discussion, many which have already been highlighted above so I will not waste my time repeating the detailed gripes from within. However I will offer a perspective from a completely different place based of my experience and history here. 
    Simply put, the connection between the current staff as a whole and the player base is severely hurting right now. We saw a similar scenario occur during the Gnashes era where a large majority of the community felt like he was damaging the server more then helping. I would be hard pressed to find anyone that knew what was going on back then, to disagree with that statement. Although, and to his credit, as great as some of Gnashes efforts on the backend were that the community was mostly unaware of, they strongly disliked him solely because of how he carried himself and how he interacted with the player base.
    Digging deeper into the issues from my perspective, having spent most of this servers life engaged in some part of this community whether as an average player, an LT, an admin, a backend dealings aficionado, and a retiree, I will say with absolute confidence that our current leadership with the Senior Admin team (Community Manager back in our day) is the worst its ever been in this communities history.
    I do say that intentionally, but I also believe that its not entirely each of their faults either (Current SAs). If you look back to how the community was managed over the years, after Bamf and Gnashes left,@Clint Beastwoodtook over ownership (alongside@BaDaBiNg_10-8for a short time) and carried @Mitch (IFRIT) and @Leady over as CMs. We had a solid foundation of actual grown ups operating from the ground up coming from a good place and painstakingly trying to not repeat history that we all disliked about Gnashes (and Olio before that) and repair the server at the same time. When Mitch became owner he maintained this presence with the community, although I will say looking back toward the end of his era as server pop fizzled, I don't know if Blake was a great choice for CM (still have love for you buddy), Jayshawn had a better temperament but absolutely no one will ever compare to Leady.
    Leady showed us what real leadership was like. He didn't get angry, he never acted like a child, he was almost overbearingly level headed. He did not feed into drama and create rules in and out of game to cater to and enable more of that same drama. He was a true leader that was passionate about helping our community and most of this servers players respected the hell out of him for it. Sure, a few here and there had qualms with Clint, Mitch and Leady just as any other ownership era but it was SIGNIFICANTLY less than it currently is. 
    I point this out because its important to see that during those transitions, the servers quality of life and interaction with the staff team and the player base grew substantially. At the same time, the server file was cleaned up and added to greatly during Jesse's (paid) time here along with an incredible amount of help from Azeh and many others. What I'm saying is that the development that was happening then ALSO played a huge part of the success during that time.  
    The admin team back then was much more respected in my opinion. Without nitpicking specific scenarios or even individuals right now, most of us will agree that that is no longer the case. Not saying everyone is horrible by any means either. 
    I personally see how much of it went wrong with the progression of our staff team including who was added to it over the years but without proper leadership absolutely none of that will change. However, it must start somewhere. But how will it start if some of the issues at bay are almost all the way to the top? We revolutionized after Bamf and Gnashes, Clint & Bada bought the server and turned it into Asylum 2.0 and even though we didn't have 4-5 servers during their time or even Mitch's, the community was much healthier than it is today. And even if we remove development out of the equation entirely, the leadership was much stronger back then without a doubt. I don't know if it was because most of us were all older and had jobs, wives, kids and or other adult related responsibilities that we carried ourselves differently back then or what, but something was definitely different. 
    I have a lot of love for all of our players and staff, past and present, anyone that has spent time here to be apart of this community, even though I enjoy banter I don't truly dislike anyone enough for it to impede my judgement. With that said, I think its silly to have someone that was permed for mass rdm to later not only become an admin, then a captain, but now also a Senior Admin leading our admin team and our community. If you look at the problems we are currently facing within the community and you think that lack of respected leadership isn't the most important issue, I regret to inform you, you are part of the problem. I'm not just trying to pick on people either, I just genuinely believe the lack of trusted and respected leadership is the core of the issues we are seeing and the more we ignore that and bicker about the little things, the less anything will change. 
    Its a trickle down effect from there honestly as well. Favorites are played and friends of certain people are being brought up as staff without thorough evaluation and training and then we as the community are stuck with more unhealthy leadership continuing to drive everything downhill. And who do we run too about it? The same 3 people that seem to be the primary point of contention for all of this chaos? It was somewhat of a rigorous process back then to even become just staff let alone CM. It is a very large responsibility and I am sorry if this hurts your feelings, but none of the current 3 are fit for service in that role based on all that I have witnessed and experienced since being staff. They individually lacked the experience necessary to succeed to begin with so again at the same time, I don't really blame them. We have a smaller community now and the circle of potential candidates for staff are in turn smaller so I understand how that has also played a part in it. 
    TLDR

    Replace the current CM team and start over. They have lost a significant amount of confidence within the community and fighting to repair that at this point is unrealistic. I can think of 3 potential candidates that currently have healthy relationships with the community as a whole to be effective in that role. Although I am in favor of 2 CMs instead of 3.
