    I dont understand people who say that cops make too much money. Cop is a profession like any other on this server, your hard work and dedication should be payed out no matter what. Thats the reason you have so many bounty hunters (rats) running around and a lot of them are members of the APD, you are doing the same thing but getting payed more and you dont have to worry about fucking up with the rules. You as a cop abide my more rules than a civ yet they have it better, how does that work exactly?
    My suggestions to fix the APD and the servers as a whole is to:
    1. Increase the lethal payout, because lets be honest you get 300 $ for it.
    2. Make some kind of a radius when people get arrested so the money gets shares between the people that actually stopped the situation.
    3. The final one would be to increase the group cap to 12-15. All of the problems woule be solved (beside the constant kicks)

    I don't understand why people go on and on about how you shouldn't care about money and only play for the RP. 
    What RP?
    Most people who you process aren't willing to RP. Half of the Rebels don't even want to bother to RP because of the sheer amount of robocopping to make money on cop. Many, MANY constables+ play cop as their main source of income because you get to make money as you play instead of having to do menial task grinding. This is Asylum, money > RP; That is what you get in a LightRP server. You can't expect cops to RP without any monetary expectations but reward civs for RP, because the cops ARE/WERE civs. Why should cops lose money as rebels save it for the exact same amount of time spent RPing? Don't even get me started on the peer pressure aspect; Many cops don't process because they don't have the balls to full ticket people after they desperately try to RP. So they pass it onto a cadet who just wants to impress people with big arrests. 
    Make it so it pays the full bounty amount regardless of pardon/lower ticket, then maybe some cops will begin to actually reduce tickets. I've essentially given up seriously trying to RP unless it's with my boy @Dredd. Tired of RPing for 10 minutes to be given a 2k reduction on a 25k ticket.

    This is one thing I find annoying. I LOSE money on cop.
    I have to go on civ to make it back. I'd much rather cops get free gear and then it will stop both sides of this argument - too much or too little pay.
    Sgt+ have it worse, 30k a hunter and up to 120k for a single orca, yet from an hour of cop on server 1 I probably have an income of 2-10k max which is nothing. Most of the time being ~ 5k per hour.
    The bounty splitting system is stupid as most times a 20k bounty ends up giving online cops $500-$700 each. Not to mention there are only 3-4 big bounties online at a time.
    I say either buff the automatic paycheck, buff cop payouts or make gear completely free.
    Heck, even give Sgt+ a 20% bonus so they can cover UC loadouts and vehicles, and give Corporals 5/10% bonus payouts for UC.
    By no way am I suggesting cop should be for money making, I am saying that cop payouts at the moment are terrible and not even enough to cover the costs of a few loadouts per restart.
    Before other sgts or lieutenants try to argue they don't lose money, try being the one who isn't afraid to hot-drop or pull multiple hunters at the next bank/fed/prison instead of sitting back and protecting your wallet. It's our job whether we lose money or not.

    This. You can still pull over for speeding and issue a ticket. They only got that automatic ticket if they went through a speedcam. RP is still there.

    The issue here is that "speeding" was in memory on the server a ton, so by removing that we can hopefully get a touch more life on the server memory side.  Once the 64-bit server comes out, we can re-enable some of these things.

    The Altis prison has been relocated, however the prison break mechanics remain the same. Enemies inside a turf will make the turf change colors to orange now. For those of you without money, quad bikes can now be retrieved from a garage for free. Flare guns no longer trigger the aggression system. Binoculars can now be used to show the name of a player that is wearing a mask.   Speeding camera will no longer automatically give you a bounty. Officers may still see your speed, though. You can no longer trade items through walls. #911 should work as intended now. Tanoa's map markers should look much more like Altis' now. A variety of exploits have been fixed.

    Great news! The compensation payout just became quicker, as in almost instantly! Now when an admin approves your request they have the ability to add money to your account right away. If you are online the money will be added to your Asylum Exchange mailbox! If you are offline it will be added to your bank accounts! No more waiting in TS! 
    ***Those already accepted should hop on TS or contact an admin to ask if they could add the funds.

    64-bit servers will come once the executables have been tested.  There is a touch more to it than that though:  
    All DLLs need to be upgraded to 64-bit and tested (A2N and extDB for database connectivity) Memory allocator upgraded to 64-bit etc It's somewhat straight forward, but we want to make sure the other bits are working as well.  Now that the 64-bit server is actually available though, I'll start talking to Paratus about these pieces and perhaps we can get something up to test!

    I know we have heard this so many times but we neeeeeed to change the damn prison, first of all its broke rn and you cant even complete it, second its just aids all together and frames are shit there. Everyone i have talked about it to has wanted the change and I think its time to bring back a prison that people actually try and start prison breaks at. Please give feedback on the prison right now and give some ideas on how or what we need to do to make this shit change.

    We are once again aware of the BattleEye message being spammed on the server. Paratus is aware of it and is in contact with our friends at BI. As of right now BE is still running, and should likely not see any disturbances, other than the annoying message.

    We would also like to point out that the "infringement" this time is being caused because of code that is commented out in our mission file.  Literally they have cited code that is non functional and has not been in quite some time.  
    We hope to have the message removed shortly.  
    Edit:  The specific issue they have cited to Paratus was fixed in code on 4/29/16 by the way.

    This is the reason I would like to see the Rotor Script removed, and Orca's made cheaper, for the APD at least.
    I think the Devs are still under the impression that Orca's still behave like they did pre 6.0. Even though you will get shot out 8/10 times attempting hot drops at Cartels, it will be a nice change from the Ifrit smoke meta.
