Recently there has been some changes to the guidebook in the ticket guide section located here. I know some have been curious to why there has not yet been a captain post about the change, but it was communicated that this update was to be covered through officer to officer discussion along with briefings. The reason being the captains didn't actually make the change themselves, so they will not be covering it. Please don't bother them or keep asking about why there will not be any announcement, which is why I am making this post.
As for for the explosives change:
Suicide vests are no longer to be charged as Conspiracy to Commit Terrorism but rather Possession of Police Explosives
Now there has been another change regarding possession of police equipment charge and grand theft.
Stolen APD cruisers will now be a grand theft charge

Sure I may have gotten a few free keys, but I've given hundreds if not thousands of hours of my time towards administrating these servers over the last three years. Is that not fair compensation?
I've also donated $500 as well during that course of time, because I felt that I've easily gotten multiple games worth of entertainment on these servers. And why not give it to the people providing me with that entertainment.
