i agree with jimbo, only reason we do a pb or bank in Duplicity is to fight cops, payout is close to nothing when your group capped

A seconday location for wong's and oil cartel would be nice too, maybe a oil cartel location off the coast near black market or something? maybe promote some more people to grab SDAR's and diving suit's to go have some fun fighting underwater, a secondary wong's location would just be nice in general but map is such limited to where you could put another cartel

id say yeah with some defenses added, in my opinion its promoting a bit more long range fights rather than CQC, something new and is still enjoyable

Let's play with the new cartels for a week or so and see what we think. They are spots that we discussed in another thread, but if we get consensus that we don't like them it's easy enough for me to remove or change them.

Keep getting frame drops to 4 and textures stop loading in randomly, then like 4 times a day my arma will freeze however i can still hear sounds and everything yet i can alt-tab and nothing else is frozen just arma, anyone know a fix for this crap? seems like its only happened since the apex update

Toxicity is a gang formed by some active players among the community who's goal is to make it as a gang to the level of few of the top fighting gang's, In the current stages Toxicity is in its beginning stage and is expected to have changes until the ideal level of development is met. Toxicity will be focusing on doing rebel activities such as Cartel's, Turf's, and cause mayhem to the APD. At this time recruitment will be held to limited players with some experience with cartel's and will become more open to train newer players who are eager to get a start once we establish where we want to be within our ranks. i think if they get clean wiped they shouldn't come back for a period of time, but if there's still a cop there fighting you back up is more than necessary.

That's already in the next hotfix, Was talking to bamf about it earlier
