What does this mean, Im so confused

I appreciate the thought but it changes nothing. even if you increase money cap to 5 mil, we will be faced with the same predicament in a month or 2.
I apologize if i seem like i am trying to beat a dead horse. But some of my enjoyment has been taken out of the game due to the fact that the money cap limits progression.
Solution: Remove money cap, let it play out for a few months. If things turn to shit. (which i bet it wont) just simply revert. Its a no lose situation.
good job on listening to the community so far, i understand sometimes some of us can be irrational me included, but alot of people feel the same way i do.

The Bank of Altis has been significantly altered.  Thanks to @Jbdragon for the touch up to the bank.  The Prison on Altis has been moved to a new location.   Dropped items should no longer affect most vehicles.   UC cops should now be able to re-gear properly.   Lock picking a vehicle should keep the vehicle from being cleaned up. A small community has sprung up near the Altis Prison. SWAT should spawn more normally for the APD at the Altis Prison. Spike strips now weigh 10 instead of 15.   The minimum endorsement percentage has gone to 10% (down from 15%). Excavating should be more reliable now.

GM we have encouter a player with hack, plz check his gaming data. we have some pictures, he can see all of our gang when we hide in advance and did not even expose ourselve and our gang are so far away from him with at least 500m and more. He was using a normal scope and kill everyone of us with 1-2 shots. one of them even jump off from a helicopter from at least 30m and kill one of our gang with 1 shot and the helicopter he is driving is unharm and still flying.He is using autoaiming, shooting through walls. My gang have few player that has been playing this game for few thousand hours so they know the game well wellHis Gang has a few guys that is very suspicious of using hack and this 2 ID we are so sure that that use hacks..The game is very nice and the server as well plz do let this hackers ruin the server and game. I extremely liked the server before a money cap was introduced. It is discouraging playing now with the Cap in mind. All it does it let you know when you need to find a new buyer for your 1 mil
