Randy
Parameters dont even matter that much anymore I just use CPUCount and Mem Allocator = system Optimize your windows for gaming you can look it up on youtube, Use a SSD for Arma Obv if you have a amazing gpu and bad cpu play high gpu dependent settings so the stress will be on the gpu and other way around ^ In game settings are self explanatory. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xn2Uj0OKFOE I havent use these ^ in a while but they always worked for me Overclock your cpu is probably a must but watch a video on it if you have no idea what youre doing. If you have less ram obv close everything that you don't need open. Tell me your specs and ill help you I guarantee you i know more than anyone on this forum about this Jimmy Jarvis and they took the name eazy like this Link to comment

Also un-park your cpu cores, you can look up how. Set arma to high priority in task manager get CCleaner and clean your pc also check for viruses with a anti virus program even tho they barley work. Try using parameters it might help you. Check your CPU temps while in game or out of game that was a problem for me for a very long time. High recommend you optimize your windows for gaming just look it up on youtube. This guide below is very helpful they took the name eazy likes this Link to comment
Dull
I have 130+ outside cities and 80-90 in cities and I think that's low. You really need a better PC or most importantly a cpu if you can't get that try to overclock yours. Edited February 4, 2019 by Dull Link to comment
