Remove Kill Shippings

The Altis Shipping is a federal event you are supposed to do by driving the spawned in truck to a drop off, not just kept at the start point purely to kill cops.  Make it so that if the truck does not leave the chop shop area it blows up after a short amount of times, maybe 5 minutes?  15 people should be banding together into a group and doing a kill shipping, that is clearly enough to do the event the intended away

+1 Causes problems for people who want to playout real events.  Waste of time for both cops and and rebels.

Honestly, if tower goes. I dont think its feasible to even hold Shipping anymore is it?

Past few days, its just turned into a group of 13 roaming chop shop with ifrits killing any cops before they get past the solar towers.

i dont even play much anymore but i think its a good idea.. that shit happens too often, Either remove tower, or make it despawn after 2-3minutes if its not travelled outside of the chop shop area. (also could be a APD policy update allowing officers not to attend if its just a camp and kill) but if it starts moving they must attend. the policy update obviously gives Sgt+ more things to keep track off. removing tower making the whole area harder to defend will defiantly reduce the camp and kill events.
