De-whitelist medics, or Whitelist everyone

When the hell is there ever medics online. It is a little sad / Aint nobody tryna apply for medic bruh

Just make it so EVERYONE who joins server is whitelisted, and when they do dumb shit and don't read the rules like everyone is supposed to they get *de whitelisted* 

Let current whitelisted medics/ or / high rank medics deal with it so their rank/progression isn't removed.

You could always take the 30 seconds to apply and do a 5 min interview to get it and keep it so trolls dont get free stuff
bc believe me unwhitelisted or auto whitelisted medics would cause more harm to cops and civs then it would to the medic faction

ima be real if I saw a nonwhitelisted medic fucking around and wreaking havoc that would create a more memorable experience to me and make me want to play more than some fuck off applicant following gaming asylum policies

i love medic on olympiss I went on a .50 cal during a prison to kill cops for roleplay reasons and was blacklisted

Id do the same thing here If theres nonwhite listed slots

its not because im paramedic plus, i just know that the problems it can cause outway the 5 people that may be new to the server and first thing they do is hop on medic, you really sitting here telling me you want a dragons member who cant speak English to hop on medic while his group is 10 deep then pocket medic them making them even more untouchable or would you like a cop to hop over to medic so they can have even more of a buff?

but you want to retain players? when they see a different faction or someone that is supposed to help them shooting people and causing havok? yah im a new player on the server just spawn into kavala and the first thing i see is a medic running people over or that has a gun but ohh he initiated so its not rdm

This was how it was for 2/3 of the servers lifetime and it was fine

Because i will get unwhitelisted for inactivity when inevitably I take a break, and CBA re-applying, did it for cop like 3-4x and no rules changed between then.  Am like 4x constable

What's causing harm is the 0 medics online.
Whats gunna happen, civs walking around with medic clothes? disable that, maybe like a non bounty hunter picking up an MX or whatever is dropped + cant drive medic stuff if not already a thing.

do you know how many times i have been on for an entire restart and not got to revive one person? either due to the fact they respawn before i get there they dont request or there buddy revs them when im 200 meters away, there is always gonna be a down time for everything there have been multiple restarts in a row i  have been on medic and not seen a single cop

At the end of the day these are just suggestions. I like williams idea of maybe a couple to start.

How about  if there is 0 medics online like normal, the chance to spawn at the hospital is increased to 75%.

Then we don't need medics anymore since there is never online anyways even with "such easy whitelisting"
