Bounty hunting to difficult?

I have been playing arma 3 asylum for a long time now mainly as a bounty hunter but i have learned how hard it is to catch your bounty's. 9/10 times the bounty is no where near you and you wont have a chance of getting him unless you have a helicopter. I understand that bounty hunting is not meant to be played but more and more people are playing as them. And the odds of catching your bounty is incredibly hard to start with. Although these numbers are not pinpoint accurate i think they fit the situation very well. I made a test in which i was a bounty hunter and i requested 50 bounty over a 4 hour period IRL. 34 of the 50 bounty's were more then 10km away from my position in kavala and in red zones. And this is where it gets interesting. 9 of my bounty's who were in a 500m radius in kavala were turning themselves in. 2 of the people i actually caught disconnected as i escorted them. And the other 5 disconnected never to be seen again. My point is anyone can look at the evidence and see that bounty hunting IS REALLY hard and should have some way of buffing the bounty hunters or making it harder for people to turn themselves in. By the way my freind who was currently doing cocaine runs in the same amount of time made 97k and i only made 13. 

Evidence: Dont look at first 1:50 of the video just me getting on the server. Also the whole you have the right to remain silent is just instinct from a server on gmod. 

 I have more videos but didnt want to make this post too long and boring.

im a bh and i say -1 to this whole post you need a group to properly bounty hunt. i feel your pain i really do, but i solo bounty hunt so my one rule is dont mess with gangs unless they mess with you first. also its not the wanted person's fault you wont leave kavala. i just use kavala as a base of operations but at least im willing to leave. and if they are in red zones that gives you an advantage, its called grab an mx with rco and binocs scout the area out and if it looks like you can take em snipe the shit out of em without saying a word cause you know its a red zone.

If they do so make a comp request to get half your bounty and get the offender banned.

You are in Kavala with a P07, yes Bounty hunting will be hard then.. I have more than 500 BH arrests and I can tell you this, its not as hard as you make it out to be. The bounties being in a redzone is a gift, as its easier to catch them in redzones than when they are in a legal area. Get a friend and a MX and leave Kavala!

 

It is called bounty hunting, not sit around in kavala square wait for your bounty to show up. Use a sport hatchback and hunt them down

Solo is mostly a waste of time, and recording your bounties combat logging, then reporting them and creating a compensation appeal can often get them banned and you compensated with their bounty

bounty hunting is easy a f solo or with a team tbh if you just wait until they are doing something ie making money or collecting things or in an illegal area you can either wait till they are standing still down them and be on ur way it used to be 6/10 people would combat log but with the week ban implemented id say 3/10 only combat log the three being new players or asians who dont care

Full comp isn't too hard to get :3 most of my comp requests are one were we are out on the open road. My experence is that if you get somone and you've had the person fori a while (even if I'm out on the open road), or the CL right as they are downed, I mostly get full or close tot full comp.

Yup its fun and easy, stay in a group to help you find bounties outside of Kavala, especially if they are in a clan the backup is much needed.  In Kavala you can run solo but prepare to fight for the bounty against the other 5 hunters after him/her.  Always record everything, comp and ban reports when necessary.  Good luck!

 

Oh and Honor points, more you capture the more honor points meaning more bonuses to your bounty hunter tree line like decrease the radius when tracking your bounty.

Why don't we go back to where bounty hunters got 5.56 max and a black tac vest. Bounty hunting is easy now you have better gear then the majority of cops e.g a hunter, MX, blindfolds and you don't have to Rp. You are literally an OP cop that can hide people from viewing where there going and send them straight to jail. Don't complain about how hard things are. In my honest opinion bounty hunters don't have a place in this server I love to Rp with cops and getting sent straight to jail for a 10k bounty after I respawn in donor is AIDS.

That's a crock of shit, all players, reports and comp requests should be treated equally even if the admin doesn't "like" you. They didn't sign up for a duty to like people, signed up to help the community.

Yeah maybe they could update the markers every minute without tracking them. OH and maybe they could update the marker for where they are GOING to be too. OH and looking at the map is kind of a pain, so maybe they could just put a beacon over my bounty's head, so I wouldn't have to open the map. Maybe if I don't get 5 bounties in a row they could just comp me the money I lost on one as well, so my time isn't wasted.
