•2 vehicle spawns present

•Away from most regular civilian life (would conflict with 1 excavating spot)

•Significant distance from player housing as to not spike the market (fair for all)

+1 don't remove the closer of the two current black markets for this tho.

Roughly the same distance as Heroin Processing to the HQ. This can be made to rotate. How often do cops use HW Patrol HQ?

Doesnt matter the distance or rotation, the temptation is still there. Its treated like a cartel but when cops know there could be ifirits, 50's or a truck full of MK's up there shit will hit the fan. Black market suggests out of sight and this isnt. Beside a big city, main road, DP15 and there are plenty of houses around it especially to the south.

I think the second picture. If you look directly west of where it’s placed. Put it over near that point by that military base. It takes a decent time to drive there. It’s perfect

I know I wouldn't use this merely due to its proximity to HW patrol, the possibility of a cop casually driving up there before going out on patrol and catching me with a bunch of annoying-to-acquire supplies is a big turnoff

I know I am late to the party, but I have seen several people who dive at #2. Park a car on the shore then run it down into sofia. Putting a black market there, unless the diving spot is moved, would kill that.
