All, Yesterday I appointed @Elijahand @Natha to take lead on the Minecraft project. Below is a message from them in regards to their new position and their future plans. Hello, Myself and Elijah are very excited to take on the role of Minecraft Community Manager on top of roles as Admin, and Ambassador. A little About us, our Asylum adventure started now nearing 4 years ago but we have been friends in real life for now going on almost 10 years. Joining the asylum community was a new experience for us and and we loved it. Our one and only gang we have been in has been Drunk Squad for 2 and a half years I'd say. Our passion for this community then lead us to taking these current roles and now our new role. While our background in the Minecraft community isn't at an expert level, Myself and Elijah have a long history of working with some of the biggest, and well known eSport/Gaming organizations (they will not be named) in the world. Most of what we did was business development, brand marketing, and partnership/talent acquisitions. Our goal with this Minecraft project is to make it something the players absolutely love. Population, regular map/content updates, and community giveaways. Our initial soft launch was a success , and we appreciate everyone who played , donated , and reported bugs within the server. Now, it's time to take it to a whole new level. In the near future we will be announcing our first partnership, and soon we will be looking to fill a couple of staff positions. What? I think you and I should take a moment and get caught up and on the same page. I believe you may be misinformed on a few things and I'd like to clear that up.

OVH is the best provider for a game server. If we move away from them. We would pay for it later. We appreciate everyone's painence while we work through this. We have done everything we can at this point. I know its incredibly frustrating and I hope we can get this over with soon.

I mean they are 3k each though? Looking at players money, that would be a small dent in their account if they decided to use them. I can't blame the admins for using them. But we can ensure they are in moderation. But I'm not too interested in "well yeah but so and so threw 100 names in one fight a few months ago ". If this is really that much of a concern. You need to bring it to the guys i listed within the time of it happening so we can address it if needed. I'm not a fan of these half baseless claims being slung around.

I hear your concerns. I made my thoughts on these issues clear to the admin team. If you believe that any staff member is going above and beyond what a reasonable payer should be. Please bring up those concerns directly to @Leady or @Mason. It's hard for us to address the problem if we are not told about it. and weeks or months later is not helpful either. But i do ask that you remember these guys spend a ton of time putting in the work for you guys. But that doesn't mean that your experience should be ruined because of it. I appreciate your thoughts, ideas and concerns being brought up.
