    I never thought this day would come. 
    @developers, could we maybe be seeing the well loved prison design come back? I loved it as both a rebel and cop, and as it stands prison breaks aren’t really done much anymore.

    Intended or not intended it's broken and once it's fixed Asylum will be revived.

    On that topic about it being impossible to cap the flag. You are not good then. If I invest that much money (to buy a rocket, to buy a house and etc.) why shouldn't I be able to fully utilize them? Why limit them? Are you a democrat?
    People use ifrits to drop on people that's unfair though man ifrits' glass are pretty bullet proof do we remove those? No. Just because something is difficult to do for some people doesn't always mean you make it easier. Rodopoli was a special type of fighting, it was a different style to what people were used to. It brought something different, if you're playing against the best Rodopoli rats and you're a cartel person you're probably gonna lose and go bitch on the forums about how it's to OP. But when the Turf rat loses to you at a cartel he's gonna bitch about how cartels are to OP or some shit like that. But no one listens to him and limits you. SO WHY LIMIT US? WE ARE PEOPLE TO.

    Effective Immediately
    Seizing Vehicles ($5,000+ contraband)
    You may only seize a vehicle which has over $5,000 worth of contraband in it if the suspect is aggressive and/or evasive. If the suspect is compliant, does not shoot back, and cooperates fully with APD officers, you are not allowed to seize their vehicle.
    Illegal vehicles will follow their usual policies.
    Parole
    We are implementing new rules for the parole process.
    If a suspect is evasive and/or aggressive, their bounty must be between $2,500 and $25,000 to qualify for parole.
    If a suspect turns themselves in outside of combat, they will be eligible for parole regardless of bounty size.
    Do not issue parole to any of your gang mates, associates, or friends.
    Do not issue parole to any individuals that are already on parole.  Do not pardon then reissue tickets to place them on parole.  You may be punished for it.
    Note: Parole is intended to be a reward for good role play. These are the rules of parole, they are not guidelines. Any officer found to be handing out parole outside of these rules may have disciplinary action taken against them.
    Blacklist Appeals
    For anyone who hasn't noticed so far, the APD has added a new Blacklist Appeals section in the police application section of the forums. For the time being, if you are interested in appealing your blacklist (or know anyone who is), please submit an appeal or direct the person to submit an appeal here.
     
    Effective January 1st, 2019
    Corporal, Sergeant and Lieutenant Activity Requirements
    There will be a slight change with Sergeant and Lieutenant activity requirements. These requirements will be strictly enforced starting January 1st. The new requirements are as follows.
    Lieutenant
    • 8 interviews/exams
    • 12 total activities
    • 20 hours of in-game playtime
    Sergeant
    • 2 ride alongs
    • 8 total activities
    • 20 hours of in-game playtime 
    Corporal
    There will be no play time requirements for Corporals. Corporal activities will be handled by their respective precincts.

    I would like to apologize for the rough starts this morning. 
    Maybe we went a little hard with some big changes (S1 in particular) last night and caused some instability of our own. We got a bit carried away last night/this morning.  Tough part is, we don't know how it will affect everything, until nearly both servers are full.  
    Don't worry though - we are getting closer every day at a very fast pace..
     
    We may issue our Christmas present (change) early just as an apology.  I don't want to promise anything just yet (dev team would hate me).

    wow, very cool. If you didn't delete pizza branch there is already a script for fixing uniform added like 2-3 months or maybe that is where you got it hmmmm

    Hey @bamf im currently on cop and we cannot access inventory anywhere it says "you must be rank 3 or higher to open containers" lol.
    Could be the same for civs rn but not too sure.
