    As of right now, payouts are shared with all officers on the server. What if the officer ticketing/jailing etc. got a higher % of the payout and the rest was shared equally between the other officers instead of the current share equally between everyone.

    +1 cop payout is pathetic at the moment, I can't even fulfill my role as a Sergeant and pull armoured vehicles because I lose money from cop loadouts alone, which I have to make back on civ.

    I dont think you should be able to spawn at/lock a house when the turf is red.

    I like the idea of disabling houses for turfs when they are red, this should have been done from the start.

    The logic was stupid when they made housing disabled for cartels and not for Turfs. Turf housing if much more valuable than Cartel housing will ever be. 
    Turfs do need a rework. Currently its not a fight over the flag, its a fight for the best house.

    Disabling housing from turfs will anger a lot of people. I could see that working if there was a 5 minute heads up before the turf popped to allow people to spawn in their house and gear.
    I like this idea, getting the flag out of the open. The main problem is people using houses to zerg the flag with multiple loadouts. Maybe just put a 2-5 minute cooldown on spawning at a specific location again.

    Turfs serve as a lesser cartel. They give discounts and other perks. But this is not a perfect system.
    Turfs were designed to give smaller gangs something to fight over and in a CQC environment. But this is not what has been accomplished. Sure, there are gangs that focus on turfs over cartels, simply because they are easier to fight with small numbers. But the major issue is that it has turned into a real estate war; who can have the best houses. 
    Currently, cartels have housing disabled within a set radius, to prevent housing being abused. I'd like to see the same things done to turfs that are red. If not every house in the radius, then at least the ones which have direct sight of the flag. Because currently it's just who can sit in a locked house for 15 minutes. 9/10 times I've been to a turf, I've been shot from a house. Maybe even put the flags in a building or some sort of cover so you are not able to be shot from houses which load no crates, 
    Also. Buff Zaros, theres a reason the turf that is not sought after very much. It's perks are not near as good as the others. 
    And remove the shading from the zones, it's fucking ugly. Change it to an outline like red zones.
