The dude you downed literally DIDN'T have a chance to respond. 3)You shot a bunch of random civilians immediately after? For no reason? 4)You immediately broke roleplay to gloat to an admin that they were getting banned. 5)There's a delay on storing vehicles. That orca was probably stored before you'd even started speaking. 6)You were pretty far away from the DMV too. You're bloody lucky you didn't get 3 day banned on the spot.

Absolutely agree. Have a weapons locker that unlocks for banks/prisons etc, give cops P07s for standard patrol and binoculars so they can call people to talk if need be. Watch an explosion in roleplay.
