Should change casino to where it isn't a safezone and you can just gamble through your bank without having to pull out money. Currently just have people going from heroin field to casino in order to not get shot and storing their tempests

Clearly some muppet changed it or fucked up the code when editing bher. IMO should be a 50% for master otherwise the talent is useless.

Mobile HQ
What's the point in pulling a Mobile HQ for it to be vested 2 minutes into the fight. Change the mobile for National HQ only to be in god mode. Almost every National done people hop around in channels begging for cops to log on just to be destroyed. There's no incentive for cops to log other than a promised payout from admins or an MK1 due to it being impossible to push a 30-50 man group. Eventually cops will stop logging on for the civ's and it will only be done when that perfect number of cops are online. The Mobile HQ allows the cops a safe spawn close to the event and its taken away every time. You could also add in a NEW HQ close to the event which would allow cops to spawn without the worry of being blown up.
Other entry points
From what I've seen there's tons of entry points to the compound but they are all locked? I'm not sure if its intended or not coded properly but its near impossible to push. Its supposed to be the TOP TIER END OF GAME EVENT that the cops will never win or get close to winning. How is that end game? A bank is more challenging to win then the National at this point. When a national is done its guaranteed you will get a token if you don't ego peak every cop you see. The roof is the main point of entry for cops but when there's 15 rebels on the roof and another 5 on construction how are you supposed to combat that? Especially now when people have tier 3 and tier 4 tokens that allow them weapons to rip through orcas like paper.
Cop Morale
This event is nothing but a middle finger to the cops. They never win and when the rebels win they get access to better equipment to give the cops a harder time. We want people to play the server and stick around and this event does the opposite. Any other event besides the prison there is a reward for the cops whether it be gold, bank notes, etc. I understand it spawns a truck with APD intel but once again 30-50 man group makes that hard to get ahold of. Even if the cops somehow win this event 80% of them will be lethaled and go to the HQ to save the 20% we did manage to capture. If an event like this is going to be done add a group cap back into the game to prevent this.
All in all the event is a great idea but horribly executed. If its going to be labeled as an end game event it needs to be fought like one. The point its at now its just a money sink for rebels and a meat grinder for cops.
But it is okay for the cops to mass pull ifrits and drop mk1s for a bunch of people at the fed which is 1km from Air HQ?
In terms of the problems with mass grouping maybe the amount of tokens that can be bought per event should be limited instead of limiting the group cap. If you're spending 12 mil to get all these guns on top of spending the money to buy the guns then you deserve to shit on the cops. I don't think it is fair to balance the APD around stuff like this being added as it leaves cops just shitting on everyone that does not mass group and have millions to blow.

Money making is horrible tbh. Gang fort/boat is not meant for newer players they won't have a chance, you need the numbers to do it and if you dont have the numbers and skilled players you will lose. A good amount of the APD roleplays, but a lot of them are looking for a paycheck because they aren't cut out for profiting on civ. I'd imagine it is impossible for new players to deal with APD ifrits especially when they sling them and patrol. APD is balanced around the old players and the people who are in gangs with admins that have infinite money. They need to change something to make it playable for the little guys. ATP there aren't multiple big gangs that spend time fighting each other so the smaller gangs get shit on.

if you do that though even civs will spam cheap striders to use. I dont like cops mass pulling free ifrits, but id rather them not be able to do it with hunters and striders that can't be easily ripped.

Remove need for token on zafs on dom doesnt make sense. Fix the despawn script where my ifrit despawns as im driving it (just add a check for players being in it) and increase the win bonuses by double. 2 mil split for winning 1.5 mil for second and 1 mil for 3rd

The current problem is that when cops fight these events 1 after the other the moral and will power of wanting to go there die 10x drops and people leave when cops leave the civs who where only online to fight the cops leave and the server drops in population rather quickly, The more you remove from the APD the less likely the cops are going to want to fight, going in there free loadout for the 2x manditory lives given and just bouncing or just mass login off the server everytime an event pops (this is happining after events now)
With out cops the server has no pop at all as people will get bored if there is no risk in doing anything
And i understand if a small group was robbing the bank they would get annoyed that 4 ifitrs slammed them but isn't that the price you pay for doing a federal event as robbing the bank or doing another federal event isn't supose to be easy
no cops no civs is not true at all btw. 155 people on olympus right now and 10 of them are cops. And cops are required to come for the entire event. The issue on here is passive money making that has sky rocketed people and they sit on their money now. No one does runs because it isn't worth it, and even cartel life is dead. You'll have 30 people sitting in Athira and nothing else going on around the map.

Fed events aren't being won now because the people doing them haven't played in a while or are new. Ifrits and Mks have nothing to do with it, I've won and lost plenty of fed events on both sides throughout the years and it always ends up being a skill issue or a leadership issue. Crimson alone has done 3 feds in the past 3 weeks and won all 3 of them... Now if we were to add the ratio to ONLY the Hugo's and Ivan's I would be ok with that seeing as its MEANT for newer groups and shouldn't be slammed by the entire APD.
Crimson won 3 feds? I'd be curious to see the APD numbers vs yours and what ranks were on.
