Garages that can be purchased by players made to hold both physical and virtual inventory.
When a garage is initially purchased it wont (and currently doesn't) hold anything.
I suggest that you can purchase 300 physical inventory and 100 virtual inventory for the garage.
This makes garages a bit more useful and helps with only one server of houses.

I never intend to bring back a second server. I fully support the development team if they wish to increase the cap. But I dont want to punish 115 people on the server to add an additional 10 or 20 people.
