1. Change default back to Mk20. 2. Cool down was added so people could cap, then use the perks long enough before the next solo-capper could ruin it for them. 2. It’s not expensive to refuel/repair your vehicle in garage. If you want free repair/refuel, find a medic with an off-road and ask him to service your vehicle from the truck. Ezpz

Some valid points you bring to the table... a lot of the waiting time is with reason. 1.) if you pump the interviews through and gain a shit ton of cadets, then you’re flooding a limited amount of officers with a shit ton of cadets to train. 2.) it’s an activity for Lts. So they have a certain goal of activities required per month, so, if you’re in TS waiting mid to late month, good luck. Aim for the very beginning of a new month.

Honestly, with all the complaints about the APD. I think a clean wipe would be great. Here me out... 1. The owners choose the CoP. I would suggest Samp because he’s always been level-headed. 2. The CoP then chooses 6 Lieutenants (3 for each Precinct) 3. The CoP AND Lts then choose 8 Sergeants (4 for each precinct) 4. Everyone else is wiped back to Constable and the Corporal apps begin in 30 days from wipe. Think of it as a Thanos style clean slate... Opinions??
