I think at the moment, bounty hunters are not implemented like they should be. I suggest either bounty hunters wont get bounties of someone until 5 min after they go above a $2500 bounty, or increase the bounty min from $2500 to 10k. At the moment, kavala is just full of bounty hunters who turn in people with 3 hit and runs for that extra honor, and sometimes theres not always a cop there to turn yourself in to. 5 min would be plenty of time to leave a city and go to another one to find a cop and it will make it less frustrating.

Yes, i'd like to join in on this roast session. Marcel, you suck at RP. You cry when you put so many flaws in your story and when we question them, you accuse us of being corrupt. But before I go any further, lets review why you're crying.
1. You got a full ticket for kidnapping a cop, probably lied to the cop, relayed witness is a thing, when it comes to kidnapping, TELL THE TRUTH. Then RP why, etc.
2. You continue to harass and annoy the fuck out of all cops when they patrol (in kavala). Then you expect them to be nice to you after them having to process you 20 times in that same hour.
3. You also seem to believe that you're entitled to reduced tickets, when someone Role plays, it doesn't necessarily mean its good role play. You're the type of person to scream bull shit then say its rp to cry into a lower ticket/pardon.

What does this even mean, where did this come from? Dude no one gives a shit about your supposed social life, and non of us are inclined to believe it anyway when you're arguing about an RP gamemode in a relatively obscure video game. When did anyone say you were anti-social? It honestly sounds like your trying to prove something to yourself, do us a favor and shut up, "buddy".

Not all of the admin team agrees with recent unbans.  You'll find that each person is a case by case basis. 
There's a lot of speculation from the community and a ton the community doesn't know and will never know.  
All in all, I personally made great strides, with help from the community, in cleaning up those that willfully cheated.

Im a bit torn on this tbh. On one hand, it will lead to less trolling in general, on the other, this now means kidnapping a cop while a bounty hunter is instantly a $22,500+removal of license ($6500 to get a new one)+ removal of weapon (over 1k). so basically, if you want to kidnap a cop, you are risking almost $30000 in gear and tickets. I guess if cops ACTUALLY roleplay while being kidnapped and give their gear up to make it somewhat worth it, it would be ok, but i dont see that happening.

Those “Bitch LTs” you speak of actually don’t have a stick up their asses, they are actually trying to make sure you are prepared so you don’t screw yourself over by not knowing COMMON knowledge, by all means, go ahead and do something dumb, you’ll just get points and be removed.... Some may be sloppy with passing people and some may make it too hard but 99% of them are just trying to make sure you don’t screw yourself over, it’s not like the information is hard to remember or even that much to remember...
