Not worth. Server died for a reason. Little to no roleplay and admins cater to select players rather than majority.

I am sure 99% of the offenses are intentional. In my opinion none of it is worth a permanent ban. It would be better if instead of punishing players for VDM / RDM, some more organic consequences were implemented. For example, if a cop takes your driver's license away, it's basically a meme because you can just buy a new one. Maybe license suspensions would be better, and if your license is suspended (for a time period), you cannot buy or take vehicles out of your garage. Now players are forced to try and steal a vehicle if they want to CDM. So instead of banning someone, three new gameplay paradigms were created.

I hope this something you guys get better at reflecting upon. Permanent bans should almost never happen. Especially not for "vanilla" offenses such as RDM. Cheating, extreme racism, etc. I can maybe see a permanent ban for. I've ran several successful game communities and even a first time cheating offense was only a month ban. Banning everybody just forces them to go to your competition. Now, that's just about the dumbest thing ever, right? My suggestion is to do a clean wipe of the ban list entirely. Some exceptions for players that used scripts to grief the server, etc, but other than that, a clean slate is the best option.

I don't think you can blame the developers - they have put constant updates in for years. The server was a lot different back in 2014. The community is way too toxic. One time I reported a former admin for blatantly breaking rules as cop and I was harassed by like 5 different people over it. The admins shared the evidence with people when I specifically noted for them not to - and people were trying to dox me through my youtube account. All I did was report someone for breaking the rules - like what the fuck? Not to mention you get groups like FarmersVille harassing everybody in Kavala. Their house used to be glitched, and they would hold cops in there hostage for hours due to some type of loophole in the rules. New players get kidnapped / killed basically immediately, or treated like shit simply for asking for help. I'm barely scratching the surface but it's really no surprise this server is dying. I used to meet a lot of cool people back in the 2014 / 2015 era. 5 servers 100/100 all day basically. People acted like retards back then too, but you would meet a lot of really cool new people too, so it balanced out.

You're not the only one that works on the server. I'm not blaming you, I'm blaming the collective asylum. I made a bug report a month ago with evidence and never even got a reply to it. Then you guys post this patch with a brand new cash grab for vehicles nobody uses, and some bug fixes which I would guarantee are a collective less than 20 lines of code. It just seems like nobody cares anymore. The community is slowly dying and you guys are letting it.

A 4690k is fine. The 960 is bottlenecking you really hard. The CPU is still a really good CPU even for new builds today. Trust me, it's not your problem and won't be a problem for probably another 5 years minimum

No point in building a new PC. The only thing outdated is your video card. Get a 1070, and another 4gb of ram. Your PSU might be a bit small at 600 watts but would probably work. 800 will definitely be fine. Maybe invest in a bigger SSD. That's really all you need.

1 month since last patch and we get a bunch of skins for vehicles most people don't drive, an APD skin that 95% of the APD force can't use, 2 bug fixes and some APD hats. sweet.

What are your specs? If your PC is 2 years old it's still considered current. You're better off upgrading specific components. Like others said, RAM and GPU prices are at a peak right now. If you want to upgrade, you're gonna have to pay.
